1 month sober today my new record I went to skl happy because I was proud of my self but I always kept a blade in the back of my phone case just in case
I walked into form and sat by myself as usual but everyone was staring at as I came in early for the first time but I thought nothing of it until I heard my name so I started paying more attention and I heard smt abt my mate that has been by my side and I told her everything then I heard smt that I only told her and it was abt my sh suddenly I felt as if my heart exploded as she told everyone abt my sh I ran out of class crying and locked my self in the tolet the teacher followed me there and just as I was about to take the blade out my phone case miss asked if I was okay and I ignored her then she asked me to open the door I panicked as the was blood dripping down my legs I hurried and tried to clean the blood then I step out of the cubicle miss then proceeded to take me to the mental health office when I got there my miss asked if I was feeling good and I said no because I'm just tired today trying to forget about what happened then my skirt lifted just before I sat down miss saw the fresh cuts then tried to comfort me asking lodes of questions while cleaning the cuts all I said was I don't know i was to scared to leave the office because everyone knows now
Then before I knew it the bell rang for next lesson I begg miss if I could stay then she asked me why and I told her what happened as she sat by my side I started crying my eyes out I got handed a box of tissue the I realised miss was writing everything I said down but I didn't tho nothing of it until she said that she needed to contact my mum abt this then I started crying because my mum never knew abt my sh and if she did she would lash out on me I spent the entire lesson crying the it was brake miss said that I needed to leave now so I ran into another bathroom and then I remembered I had a box of pain killers in my bag because I have been having headaches the past couple days as I was about to take all 24 tablets I got a text from my mate lex that told everyone about me then she asked me where was I since it was brake I didn't reply as I didn't want to talk to her I took all the tablets then hoped to die but then the cleaners knocked on the door so I left to go hide i a spot behind the field then I heard the bell I went to my next lesson trying to forget what happened but everyone was talking about me so I just put my AirPods on and blasted songs just so I cant hear what everyone is saying but when I stood up when everyone was packing away I suddenly felt light headed then I fell to the ground

I woke up in the ambulance I couldn't see straight then I heard muttering I heard my name I started to fully wake up then they told me to drink that had charcoal in it i taste funky and gross and it was black and had a wired texture to it then the pulled me out on a bed into the hospital they rushed me the I saw my mum my heart froze when I saw the look on her face then hugged me tightly the doctors started pumping some sort of fluid into my blood stream as I slowly fell asleep
