As we lay there in the bed the morning was getting ready to break we have been asleep for at least 3 hours not much sleep for us but that's okay as long as I was with Usher I was on top of the world. My phone rang and it was my sister. Hey sis how you doing I'm good what's going on. Well I called to see if you wanted to have lunch with me later on today. Yes we're still laying in the bed getting ready to get up and I got to get dressed so we can go to the gym. What you're going to the gym today. Yes I am and usher's going to help me. I got dressed and came downstairs I was smelling the food it was smelling so delicious I came in the kitchen oh my gosh I said. Baby why so much food. Well I wanted you to have a variety of everything before we workout today this may be your last breakfast that you can ever eat. Oh yeah right and I chuckled and laughed. No seriously when you get serious about losing weight you have to get serious. There's certain foods that we can't eat no more. Baby I just don't understand I mean I can't eat breakfast anymore yes baby you can eat breakfast it's just we have to stay away from the foods that are here on this table today and Charles prepares a mean breakfast every morning for me different than from what you're seeing here now on the table. I really am confused. So what can I eat Charles will prepare a breakfast for us each morning something that we can have nutrition and healthy foods. I like healthy foods it's just I don't know. We got done got in the car and went home I ran upstairs I had to go take another shower I was sweating so hard. Usher ran up behind me.
