Izuku was a prominent member of a strong swordsmen group known as the 7 Swordmen of the Bloody Mist.
Izuku was a skilled fighter and swordsman too. Able to hold his own against swarms of people and monsters. Izuku wields Samehada, a sword make of shark skin scales, able to sap the strength of its opponents. Samehada liked Izuku's energy, Izuku ended up saying that his energy tasted that of cinnamon. Izuku was also shown to very proficient with the other 6 swords that his members uses. Izuku is able to wield all 7 sword simultaneously and with great effect. Izuku was a very dangerous swordsman, even at a young age but Izuku has a every cheery personality. Izuku was also very intelligent and get see a person's strength just by merely looking at them.
After some time, all the 6 other members died and Izuku was the only one left alive. Izuku, after buring his failed comrades, to their swords and wondered alone. After wondering for some time, during which he gets attacked by bandits asking for his sword, killing them brutally, he reaches a city called Orario.
