This is Love

I love you with so much of my heart that is none left to protest.

And as a human, as a soul that wanders the earth, I base my existence on my craves and desires, so this tenderness and warmth ought to seem like decay, like an act of a deranged man but surprisingly it does not seem that way.

I do not believe there is any way to utterly describe this and I do not think there will ever be one...

Because it will only take to look in your scorching eyes to wake up the dispirited soul of a child that wanders, untouched by the knives that cause deep and unclean wounds in a mortal's psyche.

And with only your innocent and relieving smile to give the sun the courage he needs to birth a new day and shower with his light the path of the forgotten or the unloved.

And with only one hug of yours, you make me feel like time himself stopped to gift me a moment that I will cherish as nothing else in this unfair and snatching world of ours.

With only one of your tears falling out, my body, mind, and soul stiffen and a mere thought passes through me like a lightning: How could I make this unjust sadness disappear, whatever the consequences may be for my own benefit...

And likewise, you are a human too, therefore you should indulge in the sadness and grief as all humans do, so why in any God's name and sake, cannot I let you feel this despair and doubt about your happiness?!...

It is like I am bound by chains that I have put on myself, but to my astonishment, it does not feel like I have bordered myself, rather I could say that this is the closest I felt to the comforting word "home".

And in the end, we all live to suffer but the only difference between those who love and those who do not is that we at least got a glimpse of heaven, and believe me, its beauty is beyond words...
