Saira got her seat number on third bench from last of second last row... After rechecking answer sheet for fourth time she closed her answer sheet booklet, she was staring at her answer sheet blankly, drowning her mind in sea of thoughts...

She wanted to become doctor and her parent setted goal in front of them to fulfill their daughters dream... They were not rich nor they struggled for single penny... She belongs to a very normal family who knew work, eat and sleep... Her parents worked hard to make their daughter's dream to come true... She worked hard for make her parent proud... When she got admission in of the reputed medical college of Mumbai, the smile she received from her parent was priceless... They were happy but slightly tensed too... Now she had to live in different city all alone... And she wanted to live in pg flats to experience new life... First they opposed but later they agreed and supported her decision...
Mumbai, city of dreams... They say living in Mumbai is difficult, the city demands sacrifices but not city, dreams demands sacrifices... Its like ‘Kuch pane ke liye, kuch khona toh padta hai na ’... Not only Mumbai ya other cities but your life gives you so many experiences... If life gave you one night to cry but the same life gives you hundred nights to smile...
She still remembered how much she was terrified on her first day in Mumbai but now it seemed like she knew this city from ages... It was just like yesterday she took her first step in this college and now she was giving her semester exams... The journey of first year to last year, journey of confusion to clarity was best experience in her life... And after this exam, she will became intern... It was difficult for her to survive in completely different lifestyle but she did this for herself, for her dream and for her parents...
With the sound of snapping of figures, she came out from her thoughts... The invigilator was asking her to submit answer sheet angrily... She muttered small sorry and handed her booklet to invigilator... After collecting answer sheets examiner dismissed them...
