It was time for bed and Sebastian had taken Ciel to his room.
Ciel sat on the bed, waiting for Sebastian to dress him in his nightwear.
"Sebastian, what are you doing?" Ciel asked.
Sebastian was shaken out of his trance.
"Oh nothing young master, just thinking.."

Sebastian knelt down and began unbuttoning Ciel's shirt.
He had a mischievous smirk on his face.
"Sebastian..what are you thinking?" Ciel asked, a little worried.

"My lord, you can be so naive at times."

"No. Of course not."

"Oh...?" Ciel was now extremely curious, also worried.
Sebastian began to lean over Ciel rather seductively and whispered in his ear.

Sebastian grabbed hold of both of ciel's hands and pinned them to the bed, licking his lips as he did.

Sebastian placed a finger to Ciel's lips.

Sebastian gazed into Ciel's eyes with such lust and desire.

As he pulled out of the kiss Ciel gasped.
"What do you think you're doing!?"
"You wanted to know what I was thinking."

"You know you want this" Sebastian purred into Ciel's ear.
He shuddered at Sebastian's warm breath hitting his skin.

"Don't be afraid young master" Sebastian said as if reading Ciel's mind.

Ciel murmured, revealing the innocent side of his dark personality.
"My lord, please trust me with this. If I couldn't do this, what kind of butler would I be?" He reassured Ciel. Ciel didn't reply but just nodded his head as if to say "fine".
Sebastian winked at Ciel seductively and a sexy giggle escaped his mouth. He made his way towards Ciel's cute, smooth lips for yet another kiss.
He sucked on Ciel's bottom lip, begging for an entrance.
Sebastian pulled away for a second and sucked on two of his fingers, once they were wet he continued to suck on Ciel's lip.
