Ajey's P.O.V:

I was ofcourse a little sad and disappointed about Trish not being able to trust me enough to allow me to read her diary, but I had faith that with time, I'll be able to win her trust back.

Today was the day of Dr. Aakash's wedding and the chaos and excitement in the eyes of the people inside the Bhardwaj House was a reflection of it.

I had not seen Trishika since morning as she was busy with the festivities and it was evening now. Everyone was ready and the baraat was about to depart.

Amidst all the chaos and the crowd and the buzzing noises of the people, my black eyes searched for those dark brown ones.

Oh how I have been dying to see her since morning! Where are you, Trish?

-"Kisko dhundh rahe ho?"
A voice interrupted my search, startling me.

-"Wo mein kuch nhi...mein Trish-"
I stopped in the middle. I was too stunned.

-"TRISH!"
I screamed in joy.

All dressed in a white shinny and embroided lehnga, with her hair left open, bouncing on her back with each step she took, a dazzling smile, and her thin eyeliner and nude lipstick complimenting her look, she looked ethereal.

What did I do to fall for a woman like you, Trish? So out of my league yet my eyes are only for you. What have you done to me?

-"You look...beautiful..."
I managed to whisper.

-"I-
Thankyou so much, Ajey! You too look super handsome."
Trishika's cheeks turned scarlett at my compliment and her smile had spread even wider.

She did compliment me back but I was too lost in her beauty to respond.

-"Dhyaan dena kahi aaj das-barah ladkiyon ko ghayal naa kr dena."
She continued with her teasing as I let out a low chuckle.

-"I guess you need to hear that more, Ms. Bhardwaj. The guys are gonna be head over heels for you tonight."
I said.

-''Oh is that so? Maybe. I don't know. But that doesn't really matter because I've got my eyes only on one man. My man and that is...."
Trishika spoke with a teasing eye.

-"That is?"
I asked curiously.

-"You don't want to know.."
She said, chuckling with a tinge of tease evident in her eyes.

I laughed a silly laugh, understanding the meaning behind her words. This girl never fails to make me blush.

-"Acha ab khikhi karna band karo, aur jao ye ghadi Aakash Bhaiya ko de aao.."
Trishika spoke with a mock, handing me a golden wrist watch.

-"Alright,"
I replied with a nod, still smiling.

Saying that I walked towards Aakash Bhaiya's room and knocked on the door. Hearing a ''come in", I walked inside and gave him the wrist watch.

I noticed his face and man, when I say he was glowing, it means he was glowing!

I guess that's what love does to you. From being a heartless corpse, you learn how to become a human that doesn't lack emotions and from a mature doctor, you can also become a hopeless romantic.

*3 hours later*

All the invited guests had left after the varmala ceremony, followed by blessing the new couple before having their dinner.
