"Mina!! I'm nervous for the first day of my new job tomorrow!" I say out of breath from panicking about my first day tomorrow.
"You'll be fine Y/N, what if there's cute co-workers??" Mina replies. "You'll give one of them my number for me, right Y/N???" Mina says excitedly.
I sigh and say "Not the time Mina. I'm over here freaking out about my new job tomorrow and you're talking about CUTE CO-WORKERS???"
"I was just trying to help, but like I said you'll be fine tomorrow." She changes her tone of voice, sounding quite sad at my remark.
I realize and quickly apologize.
"I'm sorry Mina, I'm just kind of stressed. I hope you understand." I say regretfully.
"It's okay Y/N, you should go get ready for bed and sleep. It's nearly 11 pm and you have to get up early. Good luck at work, okay?" She says.
"Thanks, Mina. Goodnight." I then hang up the phone.
After that conversation with Mina, I get up from the bed and head to the bathroom. As I was brushing my teeth, I was thinking about what could happen tomorrow at work. Will my boss like me?? I'll have to make the best impression. And what about my coworkers, will they like me too?? I snap out of my thinking and finish brushing my teeth. I head to my bedroom and put on my pajamas and hop into bed.
