I traced the space near me with my eyes still closed....

My eyes shot open when I found Arjun was not there..

Arjun... Arjun.... I called him but seems like he is not around.

I looked at the time... It showed 3.am..

Clenching the sheets to my chest..I went to check the crib tarika was also not there.... I walked to the bathroom.. After a quick fresh up...I changed into my camisole and tracks...

I went out in search of him..

I sighed in relief when I understood where he would be..

I went to the next room..... I saw arjun sleeping with our angel on his chest...

I leaned against the door frame and looked at my husband and baby with a smile..

He opened his eyes and looked at me standing there at the entrance of the door.

He smiled widely and stretched his arms to me..

I went into his embrace and lied my head on his right chest while tarika slept on the other side.

I went to the kitchen to prepare tea and breakfast....
