"look, just go for it and if she says no just know that there are plenty of fish in the sea" "brooke said that to me before" "yeah i kinda stole that from her" mason laughed. "i'll try to ask her out" he replied. "you should and don't chicken out" "i'll try not to" mason said. "also what was going on in the group chat" mason shrugged "i honestly don't know, you know how they are, always joking around" he said. miguel laughed "you're right they are a bit crazy sometimes especially y/n and brady" "yeah" "well i gotta go man i'll talk to you later" miguel said. "and just ask her out and don't chicken out please" "alright, i'll try not to, i'll talk to you later" "bye" "bye"

'what am i supposed to say' mason thought. 'what if she lied to me about—' his thoughts were interrupted when there was a knock on his door "come in" "you ready to go" y/n said eating some gummies. "ready to go where?" mason asked. y/n gave him a 'are you serious look' "we're hanging out with javon today" she said. "oh right, let me put on my shoes" mason said standing up from his bed. "alright i'll wait for you, don't take long" y/n said before leaving. "that was one time" mason yelled. "it happened more than once" y/n shouted. "whatever"

"javon said he would be here somewhere" y/n said. "we've been walking for hours" "no we haven't it's been like 5 minutes" "it feels a lot longer than that" mason said, y/n ignored him. "he's right over there" y/n said grabbing masons hand. "hey wanna" y/n said. javon looked up from his phone "hey y/n/n" he said sending her a sweet smile, javon looked at mason "long time no see" he said. "not long enough" mason mumbled. y/n let go of masons hand "alright let's go" y/n said walking ahead of the boys. "we're going to sephora first" she said. "why are we even going there?" javon asked following behind her. "just to look" y/n replied. "every time you walk into a store just to look you always come out with bags full of stuff" mason said. "no i don't" "yes you do" "no i don't" "yes you do" mason said opening the door. "thanks" y/n said.

"that wasn't too bad was it?" y/n asked the boys who were walking slowly behind her. "you spent almost $300" mason said. "well it is expensive" y/n replied. "where do you guys wanna go next?" she asked. "there's this really cool shoe store" javon said. "i need some new shoes" "you have like 50 pairs of shoes" y/n said. "more like 20 pairs" he said laughing. "you definitely have more than 20 pairs" y/n said laughing a bit.
