When the rose bush comes into view, Charlie steps quicken as he hopes for Ben to be there, waiting for him. Lunch finished a little while ago so he's running late, but he believes Ben won't disappear just because Charlie is late— Ben is always so kind and considerate. So why when Charlie closes in on the hidden door he can't see anyone. All that surrounds him is the colourful flora of the garden. "Ben?" Charlie shouts hoping to see Ben. Slowing down his pace, Charlie looks around frantically, hoping to see some kind of movement. "...Ben?" He tries calling out again. Lately it seems like a recurring pattern of people disappearing on him.

"Gotcha!" Ben calls out as he grabs Charlie from behind and lifts the crying male into the air.

"B-Ben!" Charlie's life flashes before his eyes. He didn't see anyone, he didn't see anything. "Put me down." Charlie begs through his crying laughter.

"Who says I take orders from you?" Ben jokes even though he lowers Charlie so his feet touch the floor again. "Don't worry, I got here early and there is no one around." He giggles, keeping his arms wrapped tight around Charlie's waist.

"Is that so?" Charlie hums as he enjoys the warmth enveloping him.

With his index finger Ben lifts Charlie's head towards him. "That is so." Ben breathes against Charlie's neck before slowly leaning in for a sweet kiss which is quickly reciprocated. The feeling of electricity when their lips touch makes Charlie go weak. Even though their eyes are closed, the world around them feels brighter— new flowers bloom bigger and more colourful. They're in their own little world that no one can touch. Ben's right hand holds Charlie's cheek as the kisses grow stronger, while his left hand wraps round to the front of Charlie to hold his waist against Bens. Even though Charlie is new to kissing, Ben finds his technique adorable. Ben can feel Charlie smiling into the kiss so he opens his eyes to admire the boy in front of him. "Let's go on a date." Ben is the first to break away from the kiss.

"What?" Charlie looks into Ben's eyes and he can see their seriousness behind them.

"Let's go on a date." Ben repeats. "When you are free, let's both go somewhere where no one can find us and we can be alone, even if it's just for an hour."

"I'd like that." Charlie leans back into Ben's chest.

Ben leaves a soft trail of kisses down Charlie's neck, "When are you not going to be busy for an hour?"

"Let's say this friday, I should be free then." Charlie smiles at the thought of having some personal time with Ben. Maybe they could go to the forest where there are so many hidden areas, or they could wear disguises and look around the lower town.

"I'm so lucky to have met you." Ben coos.

Charlie turns around to be facing Ben, his hands holding either side of Ben's face then moving to feel his biceps, "Not just your body, but your personality is wonderful. You have no idea how lucky I am to have met you." Charlie looks at Ben with doe eyes before going onto his tiptoes for another kiss.

"You're...just so," Ben sighes, burying his head into Charlie's neck. He's unable to think of any words worthy of describing Charlie. "I wish status was something we never have to worry about."

"Me too." Charlie feels as light as a feather, as if all his fears and worries have dissapeared in the minutes he's around Ben.

Ben strokes the top of Charlie's head as he plants a kiss on his forehead, "Don't you have somewhere you need to be going?"

"Yeah..." Charlie says disappointed, "I wish I could stay here, with you."
Ben gives Charlie one last squeeze before letting him. "Go now, or I'll have to kidnap you and run away." He jokes.

"I wouldn't mind if you did." Charlie replies with a smirk which earns a chuckle from Ben.

Charlie looks back as he's walking by the door and his heart skips a beat when he sees the way Ben looks at him. He never thought someone one would look at him that way. Look at him as if he was their whole world.
