Chapter 2

Molls&I trudged out of German, wow, that was a boring hour of my life wasted, gone; forever.

I sighed, not hearing myself think over the chaos around me. All classes in the language block had been dismissed so it was pretty packed. Little people and weird... People all pushed towards the exit; making it impossible for us to move!

We finally got to a side exit and Molly and me stumbled a bit as we freed ourselves from the little pushers.

'OH god. WERE ALIIIVE!' She exclaimed, making me giggle.

'Haha, you say that NOW, but a little part of me died during the tense's revision in German.' I joked as we walked to Drama.

Molly laughed,'Haha, yeahh!'

The bell rang, we both ran quickly towards the rehearsal hall as we desperately needed to get to the lesson before- uh oh...

We pushed the door open slowly..

'Sorry we're late sir...' Molly said slowly as we crept in.

'Well done girls, now you can stand while we read this!' Said mr M as he handed out the dialogues we were to perform.

We stood agonisingly as we all read through it. As soon as we'd finished, mr M had told us to get into pairs and practise.

Kate, Emerald&Molly&Me all rushed into a corner and started practising together.

I was going to perform with Kate; Em&Mols were gonna perform together.

We all practised until we knew our parts and then we started to gossip.

Hehe as usual.

'OH MY GOD. She looked so weird in that picture!' Emerald exclaimed turning her phone to face us.

We all nodded,'I know right; ew.'

I sighed, we all gathered. Time to perform our pieces.

As we all went, pair by pair, repeating the same words over and over again, the bell rung.

We all YESSSSSS'ed.

Everyone ran towards the door,pushing their way to freedom aka lunch.

'Okay guys; we've got to practise, the auditions are in 2 weeks!!!!!!' Kate squeaked, jumping up and down.

I smiled,'Yep guys. Okay so LipGloss get-together?'

They all nodded and we skipped-YES, skipped- over to the 6th form building.

We managed to persuade the teacher to let us use the spare music room so we sat down in a line in front of Delilah&Lena, hoping they'll enjoy our performance.

I nodded at Kate, Emerald&Molly, Kate pressed the play button and the introduction to More Than This.

Emerald began the song....

Everything went well, woohooo!!!!

We all breathed out in relief and Lena and Delilah woop'ed at us.

I was probably blushing like hell.

'That was awsome!!!!' Delilah exclaimed, smiling at us.

'Yeah, it was really great guys!!!' Lena giggled, brushing her dark flowy fringe off of her face.

Everyone giggled and they began to chat about some random stuff.

I looked out of the window, the grey clouds had released their cloud vomit.

I followed the streaming drops which flew down the window. I saw a dark bag pass the window, I stumbled out of my chair and pursued the bag with my eyes.

Leaning against the window, the corners of my lips curved upwards.

The bag drifted into the distance, my smile faded and my hand shot up to trace the stream of raindrops on the window.

'Urmmm Dani?' Molly asked uncertainly.

I shook my head,'Yeahh?'

'Are you okay?' She laughed.

'Yeah, fine.' I said, wrapping my arms around eachother and flashing her a quick smile.

I skipped over to the chairs and planted myself onto Kate's lap.

'Oh hello!' She replied.

I giggled and threw my arms around her to keep balance.

'Kay cajj sit on Kate, cajj.' Emerald threw her hands in the air and smiled at us.

'Yeaah boyy.' I smiled back.

'Guys we should get to class, there's 5 minutes till the bell...' Delilah shrugged and picked up her arty bag. She threw back her dirty blonde hair; a similar shade to mine; and a smile spread across her freckled face, 'come on!'

We all sighed and picked up our bags.

'Why do we have so many classes?' I groaned and dragged my coat along the floor as we exited the 6thform building.

The cold wind hit us,'Ahhh!'

We all shivered and put on our coats as the cold British weather attacked us once again.

'Urghh. Waddo we have next?' Moaned Molls, rolling her deep brown eyes.

'Ummmm.. I dunno.' I said, shrugging at the coldness.

Damn.

Its cold.

'I think we have English.' Kate said, puzzledly.
