I walked to depressed side of flushing, a side with creepy homeless men and hookers roaming the streets. But before I head home I Decided to get Chinese foods from "Wangs Kitchen", it's not the most cleanest place but it's 3 dollars for 1 meal

"Mr. Shefflied why are you still up" fran said walking into Maxwell office "Its passed your bedtime"
"Oh Mrs.fine remember the little girl that came in late today"he said throwing the flie on to his desk "Yeah I kinda do" she gave him a sarcastic tone "well I checked her flies out of curiosity and look All A's, Good reports on teachers, in reading to the kids with sickness club, and She has never been late or Missed school" he said in a disappointed voice
"Well you should have listen to me" she said "I know who and who's not the best, ok"
"Well how about we go to her address and maybe we can give her the good news. I'm sure she'll be grateful" fran gave him a opportunity to redeem himself and do the right thing
"ok Mrs.fine let's catch a cab"

They had made it to the address to a trailer park in the far part of town
"Ok this must be it" Maxwell knocked on the door and a skinny cigarettes smoking lady came out
"Do you need help" the lady said "oh yes I'm sure a sweet little girl named Victoria Russo lives here" Sheffield put his hands in his jacket pockets on from how cold it was tonight
"Victoria oh god you have to be kidding me, why would you want that ugly big mouth monster for" the lady said taking another hit of her cigarette
"Well we are just trying to find her so do you know where she's at" Fran said
"No"
"What do you mean no" Mr. Sheffield said with a annoyed confused voice
"I can't just give this important information to a strange man" the lady said holding her hand out
"Fine" Mr. Sheffield handed her a stack of 20s hoping she'll help him
"We'll go to the Westside of flushing and in clove apartment complex, I think room D5" the lady grabbed the door of her trailer and slammed it shut which made maxwell and Fran slightly jump
"Oh god all the way over there" Fran said with a tried annoyed tone of voice

They had made it to the apartment complex and the first thing they noticed was the old rusted down gate around the complex and a couple of homeless people holding out there hands for money
"Oh Mr. Sheffield look that this place it horrible especially for a little girl" Fran said standing behind Maxwells for protection
They walked into the complex

10 minutes into looking for the apartment room they found it
Mr.Sheffield knocked on the door and surprised to see a sweet little boy with the most striking blue eyes with Soft Raven hair but with a purple bruise on his left cheek and a black eye to top that
"Hello" the boy said while holding the door half way open and the chain lock also holding it half way
"Hello young man do you know where Victoria Russo at" Mr. Sheffield gave him a kind smile as he said those words
"Oh she probably had gotten food she won't be so long" the boy let Fran and Maxwell in, out of curiosity
He sat them down at the table with only 2 chairs on it
"Would you like some water" the boy said while walking to the kitchen "oh no thank you" Maxwell declined the offer but not Fran "oh I would love one"
He gladly grabbed the water bottle and gave it to her
Maxwell noticed the apartment
a mattress on the floor and the kitchen in the same room with the only left room was probably the bathroom
"Umm where are your parents I'll like to speak with them" Maxwell gave the boy a concerning tone Voice
"Umm" the bou paused "I can't tell you"
"Why"
"Because you'll tell"
" I promise I won't" Maxwell gave the boy a promising look
"Well my dad left and my Mom she dead" the boy said
The door opened with a familiar voice
"Lorenzo I told to stop leaving the door unlocked have you not seen the neighborhood we live in" she quickly left the food on the counter not even noticing that Mrs. Fine and Mr. Sheffield was sitting at the table
"Oh god Lorenzo what happened" she ask as she cupped he baby brother face to see a purple bruise and a black eye
"Was it the boys again" she asked worried. He shook his head up and down for the single yes
"Oh god" she said once she turned around to see Mr.Sheffield and Mrs. Fine at the sad dining table
"Oh Mr. Sheffield, What are you doing here" She asked with complete shock "Well Ms. Russo, I think I have made a complete mistake. I would like to apologies for not giving you a chance I would be honored to give you the Scholarship... And maybe a new home if you'll like"
Victoria Face lit up and I big grin a cross her face started to form "OH MY FING GOD I WOULD LOVE TO, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH THIS MEANS TO ME, I'll make sure to put you in my speech when I'm famous Mr. Sheffield" she jumped up and Hugged him & Mrs. Fine
