So I have this headcanon that when Percy finds out about when Frank and Hazel start dating and as soon as they get to relatively normal temperature water,(so like not freezing) Percy pushes them into the water and creates a bubble around them so they can have an underwater kiss like he and Annabeth did.
I am considering this as canon because Percy would totally do this.
