Sometimes I wish there was such a thing as a do over. A do over for a choice I've made. A do over for a choice somebody else has made that effects me. A do over in life in general. One that I can control. Because it is my life right? Shouldn't I be the one to decide what direction it goes in? What path to take. You would think it's my decisions that count. However, I learned very quickly they don't.
I think we all remember the first time we had a crush. The one that you rush home and can't wait to write that special note and fold the paper just so, by tucking in the corners to secure it and putting on the front "To:" that certain person and from you. If your bold enough you may write your actual name. If your too shy, you may just put from a secret admirer or no name at all, in fear it won't be read at all. Or you sit back doodle in your mead marbled notebook, stare at the "one" once in awhile in class, without getting caught and just wait. Let's be real. You haven't even made it to high school yet. You have your eye on someone, that everyone will say is off limits. It's wishful thinking right. Or is it?
