I opened the door, my head full of thoughts.
"What the hell Colby.." I looked up at him.
"Kiara, just let me talk." He looked down at me with pleading eyes, his face full of guilt. I stepped out and closed the door.
"Just leave please, I have no interest in talking to you." I shook my head.
"Kiara." He paused, grabbing my face.
"I love you. I'm so so sorry, okay, it was stupid I shouldn't have done it. And yea I did it for fun but that was until I fell in love with your. Kie.... I don't know how to explain it, I've never felt this way for someone." He rubbed my cheek with his thumb.
"Colby" I sigh, looking up at him with a small frown.
"Look, I can't trust you again, I gave you everything, we'll at-least I tried. I think it's best if you just go." I pull away from him.
"No kie" he pulled me back pushing his lips back onto mine. I wanted to pull away, but it took me a moment because it just felt so good.
I brought myself to it and pulled back.
"No, Colby.. this isn't gonna happen" I point between me and him.
"I'm not leaving until you forgive me." His face fell from pleading to a resting face.
"You want forgiveness?" I threw my hands up, sitting on the front porch swing.
"Fine, I forgive you. Can you go now." I sigh.
"You know that's all I want, us." He say next to me.
"Well I moved on."
Had I really? No. I just needed to.
"Oh." He looked down.
"Alright well, can we just be friends?" He looked back at me.
"Hell no, I'm going back inside, feel free to stay out here." I stand up and walk to the door.
"Kiara, please I need you in my life, either as a girlfriend or a friend. I need you!"
I turned to look at him. "Colby, you wanna be friends fine, but don't expect me to come crawling back to you." I bite the inside of my cheek.
"Okay." He smiled slightly.
"Bye." He walked away and I walked back inside.
Are me and Colby really friends now? I don't know if I actually want to be, but I don't want Colby to hurt, even though he hurt me.
My phone started buzzing, it was Nate I answered.
"Hey what you doing?" He spoke into the phone.
