Jemma changed. It is really sad that she changed because of this chaos. When she was talking with Fitz, she said that she is going to kill Ward. I also thought that she wasn't serious at all, knowing her sweet persona, But she was serious. She was about to kill Ward, but Bakshi stopped her. Maybe that is why she was crying, she knows that she changed,in a bad way, that Fitz was right all along,that she cannot handle change.
