As I walked through the park, I checked my tie was on properly. My purple and cream backpack was on my back, containing a pen, pencil, some lunch, a little bit of change and a book. Mum had given me the money and said that I could get some sweets or something from the shop on the way if I wanted. Although I hadn't had breakfast, I still wasn't hungry but I bought a packet of crisps and some sweets for later!
I arrive at the school gates, my hands got all sweaty. I saw all the older kids go in first and then there was people more my age. I started to walk over to the gates towards a small group I girls, there were about 4 of them. One had beautiful blonde curly hair with a small hair bow in, she also had a cream handbag with small charms hanging down the side. The next had chocolate brown hair, tied up in a neat bun with a hair ribbon wrapped round, she had a handbag as well but it was black with silver dots. The next girl had her hair down, it was ombré, very pretty I thought. This girl had a backpack like me but hers was brown and cream with a lace bit at the top. And the last girl had black hair with pink, blue and white streaks underneath, it was in a wacky style with a countless amount of hair accessories in! I had read in the leaflet they gave us that we weren't allowed to dye our hair, she might get in trouble I thought. I carried on strolling towards them, I don't think the noticed me coming though. I walked up behind them and heard they were taking about there nails, I looked down at mine, all bitten and disgusting. I also am not really into fashion and hair and makeup so maybe I wouldn't fit in with these girls. I walked past them, eager to get to my first lesson on time. I thought I would sort out friends later.
