I don't understand what I should do. I've known her for years, and I still can't tell her how I really feel. Somehow, everything I think and everything I say is completely different when it comes to her. Ahhh!!!! This is so frustrating!!!!! And really what am I scared of? In reality, I don't really have to ask that question. I know what I'm scared of. If my father found out I was with someone he didn't choose for me, especially a commoner. He would disown me for sure. My whole life, all I've wanted was for him to acknowledge me, be proud me, and be proud to call me his son. If I date Anya, that could jeopardize everything. So, I need to find out if she's really worth that sacrifice.
The Next Day
I wake up to the sound of my alarm clock ringing in my ear. Why do these damn things have to be so loud? I look over at my best friends Emile and Ewen, who are already dressed.
Damian: Big dates I don't know about or something?
Ewen: Yeah, boss. We're going out with the Miller twins. We told you about it like a million times already!
Oh, that's what they were blabbing about all week. Honestly, I couldn't focus. Something or should I say someone had me distracted.
Damian: Ahhhhh... -How dare they both leave me alone on a Saturday- well I hope you two have fun.
Emile: Thanks, boss!! We will!
As they left a chill went past Damian's body. How were they just able to go on dates, when I the great Damian Desmond is stuck in the dorms, because I have nowhere to be? This is ridiculous!!!! I am the great Damian Desmond! I don't have to listen to ANYBODY!! He quickly got out his phone before he lost his nerve.
On his Phone
Damian: Hey... you busy? - that twerp better answer me-
Anya: Maybe, what do you have in mind?
