They Were on Koffee With Karan?

"The film industry rarely comes across couples who set the screen on fire with just their presence. We've seen pairs like Raj Kapoor-Nargis, Dharmendra-Hema Malini, Kajol-Shah Rukh and there's something mysteriously captivating about them that strikes a chord in everyone's heart. Today we have on the show a couple who joined this list through their magnificent chemistry in India's magnum opus. They were already the audience's favorite since their debut movie together and were caught in endless rumors about being in a relationship but used the friendship tag like all other jodis. So, let's find out more about these two wonderful human beings here on the couch."

The jazzy music played in the background as Karan Johar turned to the stairs where his guests alighted.

"Prabhas and Anushka Shetty, ladies and gentlemen!!"

The actor descended before his lady who held his fingers with one hand and the dupatta of her gorgeous, black, salwar -kameez with another. They exchanged pleasentries and warm hugs with the ace director before occupying their seats on the iconic sofa.

"I can't tell you how much I went through to get these guys on the program. I literally had to go to all the mutual friends we have down in the South and be like, tell them to come on my show for once," he raised his eyebrows looking at the two who were giggling and continued, "So, thank you Prabhas and Anushka for finally making it and congratulations on your wedding!"

"Thank you. Thank you for having us, Karan," Anushka chimed crossing one leg of hers over the other.

"Yeah. Thank you Karan," Prabhas added.

"So for all of you who don't know, Prabhas and Anushka Shetty are not only Baahubali and Devasena but also the industry's Daaarling and Sweetyyy and you'll understand why real soon," Karan faced the couple ready to start the conversion, "You guys seem to be a little nervous."

"Yeah, maybe a little. It's Karan Johar hosting us. Got to be a little careful," Prabhas ran his fingers through his hair, leaning on the backrest, partially turned towards Sweety.

K - "Don't worry, I'll be easy on those questions."

P - "Still?" the actor grinned.

K - "Because I'd promised you the previous time about keeping it low. Offer closed now."

P- "Ok ok."

K - "Anushka, first of all, I was told by Rana, Rajamouli sir, and Prabhas that your actual name is Sweety Shetty when they were here the last time."

Sweety smiled nodding.

K - "Is it because you are everyone's sweetheart?"

P - "How can she be everyone's sweetheart?"

K - "I see a whole new Prabhas this time. Ok brace yourself, Prabhas! We'll have some fun. Apart from the Baahubali franchise, you guys teamed up the first time for an action movie named Billa and then for Mirchi. Both the films were produced by Prabhas' family and friends. You wanted to have Anushka for all the new ventures, is it?"

P - "Now that you say so, we actually did but it coincidentally worked out. Getting on madam's call sheet was a task," he glanced at his wife, "but she made time for us."

K - "Of course, you must have charmed your way, Prabhas."

S - He actually did! Whenever we would meet at events and movie sets, he would speak to me,  hang out complimenting my performances and sometimes bring homemade food to all of us.

K - Ah so that's not new. Bringing food is Prabhas' way of flirting with the actresses.

P - Not anymore, it's tradition now. But for her, yes.
Prabhas playfully glanced at Sweety.
