Alex never liked being used to get to her brother but she always was because of this she never had any real friends just ones who either wanted her notes, her old clothes or a way to her brother.
Until she met Fabiola Torres and Eleanor Wong. She met Fab in robotics club and She introduced her to Eleanor and Devi. Fab and Eleanor quickly became her friends, Devi on the other hand always asked about her brother or to come over to her house when her brother was there so she kind of steered clear of her
Now as she goes into sophomore year all she wants to to be seen as her own person outside of her brother by more than two people.
And maybe to date someone...
but we'll see ;)

First days suck.
It's a fact. Sure all you do is games and worksheets about yourself but you have to get all new teachers even though you just started getting along with your last ones and you have to start sitting with a complete stranger in most classes.
The only thing Alex liked about back to school was the lack of Boredom.
Your Probably thinking how does school cure boredom? For Alex, Summers are the boring times Constantly stuck inside with no one to talk to all the time so boring. At least with school, she's so stressed she has no time to think about how lonely she is.

"Devi, Ben, Alex can you come back in here, please?" Mr Shapiro said as he stepped out of his classroom.
Once all three of them were sat down he continued on about how their class rivalry had to stop although Alex didn't understand where this was coming from as every time they shared their answers she thought it was just students supporting each other.
But now thinking back last year there was this one time when Devi had shown them she got an 98 on a test and Ben showed them he got 99. And when they asked Alex and she said 100, Devi smashed a beaker on the floor. So maybe there was a little truth to what the teacher said but who cares it was one time there's no rivalry right?

"Hey" Alex said absent Mindedly oh she opened her locker that was placed just one over from Ben's.
"Oh hi" Ben said in pure confusion as to why she was talking to him.
"Get the classes you wanted?" She asked just trying to be nice and maybe make a new friend. But the niceties were only confusing Ben more I mean their rivals, right? Why are they talking outside of class let alone being nice.
"Uh yeah, did you"
"Yeah, but I got Mr Kid for art" Alex said and once she saw the confusion on his face she quickly continued "he spits when he talks and walks around class as he does it so your always in the splash zone"
"Oh, we'll bye I need to go meet my girlfriend" Ben said specifically mentioning his girlfriend to show off.
"Hm, I should probably get to James anyway, bye" Alex said closing her locker and leaving school and heading to the bus stop.
Leaving Ben behind with one thought going through his head.

Alex walked down the path comeing to a pale blue door. Knocking quickly before putting her earphones in her backpack and her phone in the pocket of her jeans.
The door opened to reveal Henry Howard. "Hi Alex, James is in his room, I'll be back in 4 hours Lucy should get back around that time, ok?" Henry said rushing past the girl to his car yelling a quick "bye" out the car window as he drove off.
It's the same every week. Henry and Lucy Howard have very busy lives and are both out of the house for at least 4 hours every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday meaning they need a babysitter so for the past 3 years Alex has been said babysitter.
"Hey James" Alex yelled up the stairs to the boy after shutting the door. Alex moved to the kitchen looking through the pantry for something to cook.
"So you still don't have a real job?" James said coming up behind her.
"So you still need a babysitter" Alex asked turning round with a smirk "and besides you would miss me too much if I stopped coming round"
"Whatever, I want cookies" James said grabbing the cookie dough off the shelf.
"After dinner" She replied taking the packet off him and putting it back on the shelf.

First chapter done and I just finished watching season 3 I was screaming at the ending.
And I know this chapter is short but there just wasn't much in this episode the next chapters should be longer
