Once upon a time, there was a powerful civilization called the Draconian Fae. They had the power to manipulate the earth, they saw themselves as healers and protectors of the earth. On the other side, there were the stoic sirens. They ruled the continent with an iron fist, as they could walk on land and live in the waters. The sirens and the fae struck a deal for peace between lands. The Fae promised to help the Sirens develop their community, but the Sirens tricked the Fae.
Now, it is Belladona's promised to break free of the sinful tricks of the sirens and free her people, but just when things were going right, Belladona's mother gets captured by the enemy. She must now travel across unfamiliar territory with the help of a once esteemed courtesan and her enemy- Cordelia Avonlea, the daughter of the man she has sworn to destroy.
What will happen when they uncover the terrible truth? Who are you truly dying for?
