"Seth hurry up, we'll be late!"
"Where are we going?" the man named Seth asked his friend with a furrowed brow.
Today is the end of the week and both men don't have any work to do and Seth was planning to rest until his friend came barging in his home and demanded that he come with him. They are both government workers from the financial department of their city here in the Netherworld. Both are fairly handsome with their pale white complexion and tall lean bodies. With Seth's dark brown locks and his friend's blonde hair. They are considered noble creatures of their dimension as beautiful as the original demons however as rankings goes they are all both common beings with no name.
"It's a surprise." the friend said, grinning a glint in his dark mischievous red eyes.
"This better be good."
"Of course, it will!" his dear friend said as he quickly got out of Seth's home dressed in an emerald vest and white shirt with red necktie and black brown slacks.
Seth just shook his head and straightened his white shirt which he matched with his checkered brown slacks. He tucked his hair behind the brown flat clap before following his friend to his carriage and went on their journey.
Seth just sighed as he watched the city that he lived on now slowly be replaced with dark forests. He turned his focus on his friend, confused as to why they are taking this route. Although they are vampires it is still dangerous to be going into these parts knowing that there are different monsters lurking within the area and they might not be strong enough to face them. Many of the lower creatures avoid these parts as it may get them killed.
"Why are we here?" he asked as he saw his friend with a grin on his face and acting all fidgety.
"It's the fastest route we can take."
"And also, the most dangerous."
"We'll be alright."
"Why are we taking this anyway? There must be other routes we can use."
"Yes. But we must arrive there before the others."
"Why?"
"You'll see."
Seth wanted to ask more but he refrained himself knowing that his friend won't budge. He has always been like this ever since they met in the Dark School as teenagers.
A few minutes later they finally arrived with no issues in their trip. They've just encountered a herd of zombies but were able to get rid of them easily with their mind control over lower beings and continued on their journey. Once they arrived Seth furrowed his brows when he saw an abandoned looking mansion in front of them where the carriage stopped. He looked around, seeing that he was wrong though because there are other beings with them in the clearing and surprisingly most of them are like them lower class vampires and demons.
"What is this?" Seth asked his friend.
"Let's go inside." his friend ignored his question as he tugged him inside. There Seth saw the different creatures in different shapes and sizes. He observed them carefully thinking that they may be going into an exclusive party however based on these people's ordinary clothing similar to what they are wearing he doubts it.
When they got into a huge buzzling hall with a grand golden chandelier hanging and painting adorning the ceiling that was then Seth got an idea on where they were. It's a farmhouse where they sell humans.
He immediately turned around to face his friend worried about where they are right now.
"Taylor, what are we doing here? We're low ranking vampires, we can't afford to buy humans. We better be off buying blood bags from resellers." Seth said, panic laced in his voice.
