I woke up with a massive headache from crying all night. I looked at the time and saw it was 2 pm "shit" I said getting up quickly and grabbing my things. I ran out of my bedroom to see my dad "oh hey dad" I smiled "where you going?" He asked as I thought maybe him being nice was just a dream "I have a job interview to go to" I said hoping it wasn't a dream "cool, we'll let me know if you get the job. Love you frog" he said as I got a gust of relief "okay I will, love you too" I walked out of the house and decided to walk to the church.

~time skip~

I walked into the woods trying to find papa "there you are y/n I've been looking for you all morning" I saw papa and ran to him "oh sorry I had a rough night" I said remembering me and rains night "tell me all about it" papa lead me into the church and up the stairs. we passed the recording room. The door was open so everybody could see me. Cumulus waved and rain just sat there devastated and fidgeting with a bracelet. I waved back at cumulus and smiled. As me and papa reached his office we sat down and I started to tell him everything. "It was a date and I started talking about my dad, cause he asked why I forgave him to quickly, I talked about how me and my dad used to have a strong bond and how he would makeup bedtime stories. And I said too much. So I started crying and I ran out, papa I messed up, I didn't want to but I did. I was too afraid he would think that I'm too messed up in the head. So I cried all night and when I fell asleep it was probably like 4 in the morning" I said thinking I said too much again "oh darling that's okay, it's okay to overthink that stuff, at least your dads nicer now" papa said going over to me and giving me a hug "now let's get you changed" he smiled

I went into Rains room looking at everything before grabbing my suit and mask and putting them on. I walked out and saw papa at the recording room door. He turned to me in amaze seeing me in my 'costume' "you look perfect aquis" I forgot my ghoulette name was aquis for a minute. "Huh?" Oh thank you" I said walking towards papa. I walked into the room and saw rain staring at me. I sat down next to cumulus and talked to her for a bit while everybody was doing their thing "so anybody you like yet?" She asked "actually there is this one guy" I said as rain snapped his head towards us "he's got really pretty brown eyes, a perfect body. He's really nice too." I said as papa walked in the door "okay ghouls time to start practicing for our concert in two days. Aquis since your new you will have to play but you can get a grand entrance" papa said as I nodded and smiled "oh uhm papa aquis needs a guitar" cumulus said as he quickly turned around "ooh yes, we should have some in the cellar" cellars always scared me I don't know why but something about them just game me the creeps. "Somebody go down with her and find one" papa turned around and looked for whatever he was looking for again "I'll go..." rain stood up I nodded lightly then followed him as he went down to the cellar "I wasn't mad" he said as we walked down the steps to the cellar "w-what are you talking about" I looked at the ground "I liked learning about you and why your yourself" he turned around and looked down at me "y/n did you regret the first night I met you" I shook my head and looked into his eyes "did you?" "Of course not" he smiled then leaned in to kiss me "rain." I put my hand on his chest and slightly pushed him away "I'm not ready for anything else that can hurt me right now. I don't regret anything I've done with you, rain I love you and all but I-I," I paused "We just can't be together"
I grabbed a bass then ran upstairs.

~time skip~

I was talking with cumulus sometimes staring at rain across the room. The way his fingers moved playing the guitar, I stared at his hands wondering what they could do to my body. NO Y/N GET YOURSELF TOGETHER!!! I mentally yelled at myself then went back to talking with cumulus. "Aquis come over here please with your bass" papa said. I grabbed the bass and walked over to him,and rain "yes?" I asked politely "how well do you play all of our songs? The ones that you can play circle them on the paper" papa handed me a paper with the songs their playing for the concert. I skimmed over the page "I can play all of these" I smiled and handed him the paper back "very impressive aquis" he smiled at me.

After practice I was hanging out with cumulus but I still had to get pj's on. I walked down the hall to rains room then knocked softly. The door opened and rain looked at me confused "I-I need pajamas" I looked down at my nails. He moved out of the way and I quickly went into a bag of my clothes and grabbed pajama's. I was walking to the door when rain stood in front of me "I won't let you leave till you give me a kiss" he said, I quickly pecked his cheek put he clicked his teeth "on the lips. Come on love," he lifted up my chin to look at him "you know you want to" I stared into his eyes. What do you know a couple of minutes later I was on his bed getting railed.
I stood up then walked out of the room stumbling, luckily I collected myself before I got into cumulus's room.
The rest of the night was filled with watching romance movies, crying, and giggling.

Hey guys sorry I haven't updated in awhile. BUT, 1K READS ALREADY AHHHHH IM SO THANKFUL FOR ALL OF YOU. Hopefully you liked this chapter ik it was shorter than my others but I haven't had a lot of thoughts on what to do for this. Anyways bye luvs♥️
