What If

Chapter 1:

So this is my new story series, "What If", where Danny and Sandy met at a young age. :)

Danny Zuko may have been only 8 years old, but he was very mature for his age. He was always in charge of watching over his younger buddies Kenickie Murdoch, Sonny LaTierri, Doody Del Fuego and Putzie Jacobs, but especially over the youngest boys, Doody and Putzie. The boys have been best friends since birth, they were basically like real brothers, their fathers and mothers have been best friends since childhood. Even though he's only 8, but he loves girls. Just like his father and his older brother, he was quite a ladies man. Anyway, Danny and the boys were outside of their elementary school, hanging out while waiting for Danny's, Sonny's, Putzie's older sisters Donella, Roma and Rory along with Doody's older brother Dylan Jr., Danny saw Putzie talking to their best female friend, Abby Hall. He smiled how adorable they are together, everyone knew that Putzie and Abby had a massive crush on each other. Then Danny glanced behind him, seeing a young girl, who was the same age as they were, she was petite with fair skin and light blonde hair, waiting for her parents to pick her up. She looked so innocent and sweet, granted she was 8 years old. "Who are ya lookin' at Danny?" He heard Sonny ask him.

"I'll be back." Danny said, not taking his eyes off the girl.

Kenickie and Sonny watched Danny walk over to the girl. Once Danny approaches the girl, he sits down next to her.

"Hi." Danny spoke.

The girl looks up at him.

"Oh, hello." She smiled shyly.

Danny awed at her adorableness.

"I'm Danny, Danny Zuko." He introduced himself.

"I-I'm Sandy. Sandy Olsson." The girl introduced herself.

"It's very nice to meet ya, Sandy." Danny smiled. "Is this your first day?"

Sandy nods her head.

"Yeah, I just moved here from Sydney Australia last month." She told him.

"Australia?" He asked as she nodded her head. "That's cool!"

Sandy smiled shyly.

"Well, welcome to America." Danny said with a smile.

"Thanks." She spoke.

"No problem." He replied.

Sandy looks down, blushing hard and feeling really shy.

"Sorry." She apologized.

Danny gently touches her hand.

"Don't be." He winks.

Sandy lets out a small giggled.

"A-are you doing anything this Saturday?" Danny asked her. "Me and my boys are gonna visit the pond to skip stones with our very good female friends." He tells her.

"Really?" She asked.

Danny nods.

"Danny!" They looked over at Putzie waving over to them. "My dad's here and Donella is in the car already."

"Ok, I'll be there, brother!" Danny called out to him.

He smiled as Putzie gave Abby a hug before running to his dad, Peter Jacobs, car. He turned to Sandy and stood up.

"I'll uh...I'll see you in school tomorrow." He told her.

"Ok." She smiled, beaming red.

Danny awed at her, he knew this girl was special.

"See ya." He waved before walking over to Peter's car.

"Talkin' to ya new girlfriend?" Danny's sister, Donella asked.

Danny chuckled as he got in.

"She's not my girlfriend." He assured her.

Donella and Putzie's sister Rory chuckled at him.

"She's cute." Putzie beamed.

They awed at him.

"She sure is, brother." He said.

Peter smiled at his Godson before pulling out of the parking lot and driving back home.
