Lost love (Severus Snape x Reader)

Chapter 1

Y/N's POV:

I Started my seventh year at Hogwarts. I were excited to see Lily my best friend! I ship Lily and this James Potter, they are so cute together! Its just sad that im in Slytherin house and Lily and James in Gryffindor house. But we do see each other a lot! We often go look at James's Quidditch matches. James was really good seeker! But yeah..

 I just arrived to Hogwarts i missed walking on those halls. I were walking to the Great Hall for the start of the year. Of course i first saw Lily and James talking to each other on the Gryffindor table. Such love birds. I sat down on the Slytherin table and waved to Lily when i caught Lily's attention. But then i noticed James and his good friend Sirius laughing at someone and seem to make fun of someone in the Slytherin table. I stood bit up from the table to see who were they staring at. It was a black long haired boy with dark eyes. 

I remember seeing him sometimes. He was always bit mysterious. I did last year see him staring at Lily while we were talking next to the potion class door. 

He seemed lonely. I was stupid and thought they were friends.. As i were looking at this boy i noticed that the new first years were walking through the Great Hall Getting ready to being sorted to their houses. While Professor Dumbledore was speaking to the students i just found myself staring at the boy with the long black hair. I mean.. He was kind of cute. As i thought he was friends with James i were gonna ask James about him.

When all the first years were sorted to houses we ate our meal and left the great hall. I ran to Lily and hugged her with warm hug. And she hugged me quickly back and pulled away.

"I'm so happy to see you again Lily!" I said excitedly.

"Me too! I missed you so much!" She said excitedly back.

Then we started to ask about our summer breaks and i of course  teased her about James.

"I will go to the Gryffindor common room now tho see you around!" Lily said while stated to walk away.

"Okay see ya!" i shouted to her.

I started to think about the boy instantly when Lily left. I did notice the boy walk down stairs outside of the castle. I was thinking of following him when i saw James and group of Gryffindors following the boy and laughing. It seemed suspicious so i followed them. I tried so they wont notice me following them. I checked from one of the balcony and saw The boy sitting under a big tree with a book and saw James and the Gryffindor crowd going towards the boy and James was pointing his wand at the boy. It didn't look good so i started running to them. As I hurried down the stairs i saw James making the boy float upside down. "this cant be good" i tough to my self when i finally finished the stairs and i started to run as fast as i can to them.

I heard James say:

"Who is ready to see me pulling of Snivellus's Trousers?" 

James smirked as the boy was madly shooking his hands to let him down. Then i shouted:

"JAMES STOP!" and i was taking few breaths and James turned his head to see me.

"Y/n? Oh your coming to see the show?" James smirked at me while his Gryffindor friends were laughing next to him.

"No! Let him down! Why are you doing such thing?" I said angrily.

James's smirk instantly faided as i said those words.

"Cause he is a FREAK!" He shouted with a serious face.

"HE IS NOT! LET HIM DOWN THIS INSTANT JAMES!" I shouted as taking my wand out.

"Heh. What are you going to do? tickle me with that wand of yours" James said and started laugh but then one of his friends came from the crowd and said:

"James.. Don't mess with Y/n.. She knows a lot of curses. Like Snivellus.." 

"Oh right.. So you are a freak too Y/n?" James walked closer to me as he dropped the boy on the ground.

I pointed fast my wand at James as he was gonna attack. Then he shouted:

"EXPELLIARMUS!"

But i were fast enough to block it. then i shouted quickly:

"STUPEFY!"

And James had a shocked face as he flew backwards onto Sirius.

"James i think we really should go before someone gets badly hurt." 

Sirius said worriedly. 

"Pft. Fine THIS WON'T END HERE Y/N!" 

James shouted as he and his Gryffindor friends started to run away.

When they left i rushed to the black haired boy.

"Hey.. Are you okay?"

I said softly.

Boy tried to get up but he was weak. I helped him to sit and when he sat he took a look at me and backed off bit.

"Hey.. I'm sorry about James.. I didn't know he was such a jerk to someone."

The boy looked at me and then on the ground to find his wand. He took his wand and putted it in his pocket.

"Well.. My name is Y/n. What's yours?" I smiled and gave him my hand for shake.

The boy looked down and back at my eyes then quietly whispered  said: "Snape. Severus Snape."

"That's a cool name Severus! But did James hurt you? Do you need to go to the hospital wing?"

Severus looked at the ground again and said:

"No. That Potter won't dare to try to hurt me. On that childish harassment."

"Okay, Well we should get to class so we won't be late."

I stood up and offered my hand to Severus but he stood up on his own. Unfortunately he's legs were still weak and he crashed on me and we both flew back to the ground. 

"Ouch.." I said while trying to get back up

As i saw Severus next to me i noticed that he fainted. 

"Hey.. Hey hey Severus? Are you alright?!" i said as i panicked. 

I knew I had to take him to the hospital wing so i took his arm over my neck and started to walk to the hospital wing. the hardest part were the stairs but i managed to get up with him.

When we arrived and the hospital wing's door i knocked on it and shouted:

"Hey anyone there my friend needs help!"

Madam Pomfrey opened the door and got bit shocked to see me carrying Severus.

"Oh gosh! Please get him on the bed." 

Madam Pomfrey rushed to get some items while i tried to get Severus on the bed and i managed to do it. Madam Pomfrey rushed to next to Severus and gave him so kind of potion. 

"Is he going to be okay?" I asked.

"Yes. He seemed to have a fever. Do you know what happened Miss Y/n?" Madame Pomfrey asked.

"Im not sure." I said nervously. I didn't want to tell her. What if Lily will know? What if she thinks im lying? What if she doesn't want to be my friend anymore?

Madame Pomfrey nodded and said:

"He will stay here until he wakes up."

"Can i come visit him after my class?" i asked.

"Of course! Now go on you don't want to be anymore late!" Madam Pomfrey said as she shoo'ed me away from the hospital wing.

I rushed to my class as fast as i could.
