She..

She, is the story of the girl you know.

She can be you, your sister, your girlfriend, your mom, aunt, anyone who falls under the realm of She!

INFANCY:

She faces her first challenge inside the womb's wall,
To let her live or not depends on her parent's choice,
They might want a he not a she after all,
She could see her end even before she hears a voice!

She survives and is happy that she didn't die,
So she cries like heavy clouds in a rainy night,
Through her tiny eyes she sees her mommy cry,
But now she's happy cause she lives to see the light!

She glances at her daddy trying to hold his tears,
As he welcomes his baby girl into the real world,
She tries to talk, tries to whisper in his ears,
Holds his thumb and around it her fingers get curled!

She loves her daddy and mommy too,
Wailing out loud, she expresses her joy,
Her cries are her elation, can understand few,
Her parents love a girl, as much as a boy!

Back home, she's a princess without the crown,
Center of attention of the universe it feels,
Visited by everyone from the farthest of town,
Such enchanting face, everyone's thunder she steals!

SCHOOL/TEENAGE/YOUTH:

Time flies and it's her first day of school,
Little bag and a napkin clipped onto her shirt,
Away from home she gotta obey all the rule,
She can't speak how at home she used to blurt!

School is great, but feels a lot different,
No freedom like she's used to at home,
Many things she wanna say but couldn't,
So she shuts her mouth and just roams!

Being small is being happy, she doesn't know,
She's unlike the boys she'll soon realize,
Into a different body she has to grow,
Soon she'll see the world through her real eyes!

College is good but demands perfection,
People are egocentric and rude in a way,
No mamma's love or daddy's affection,
Away from all the evil she has to stay!

Sees an evil, and falls for him,
She never felt that feeling before,
Hearing his voice makes her face beam,
She need him now and need him more!

Soon she realizes he isn't what she thought,
Her tender dreams are crushed apart,
He's a liar, a cheat, and was caught,
Leaving her shattered and alone with a broken heart!

As she completes her education she knows,
There are many things in life she needs to learn,
But she's wise enough now wherever she goes,
Money's important and she has to earn!
