Yesterday after everybody left, I continued to just relax. I showered, poured a glass of wine and watched my shows until I fell asleep.

I woke up this morning with a few notifications, one being from Jayson texting me Good Morning.

He really is a cool guy, It's refreshing to have genuine people close to you.

I got up to go to the bathroom and washed my hands before getting back in bed.

I went to Meech's number and unblocked him before not even thinking twice to call.

The phone rang about two times before he quickly answered

"Hey.." he said answering the phone

"Hi Demetrius .." I said back

It was silent for a second, because I felt my pride starting to get in the way. Meech broke the silence

"I would be a lame ass nigga to not let you know how much I understand that I was wrong. I was lame as fuck for lying to you about what I was doing, knowing how you felt about it; knowing I was making a dumb ass decision for myself. I was lame as fuck to put you in harms way. I'm sorry for it all. Let me make it right Vae" he explained

"You know all I want is for you to stay alive and be well. I want the best for you. For all of us, you know that" I replied

"I know. And even though my actions don't show it, I appreciate that more than anything. You always was the one to want the best for me, more than I wanted it for myself. That's why I always gave you my protection. You deserve the world. And for as many years that I didn't act on my feelings, imma spend even more time showing you exactly what it feel like"

Wow. Meech is definitely not your average guy. He's not the sweetest either; but when it came down to me he was always willing to do and be whatever he needed to just for me. This is the Meech that I know and love to death

"Same here" I said honestly "there's so much about you I appreciate as well. As long as you continue to love me, respect me and be honest I will be the same for you times ten. You already know me. You're not the only one who goes hard for who you love" I said letting out a slight chuckle

"Yeah I already know" he said, his deep voice booming through the phone. I could tell he was smiling "so you'll be my girl again? Forever this time"

I nodded even though I knew he couldn't see me "Yes I'll be your girl. Forever, I promise"

"Thank you for forgiving me. Everything gone be right this time."

"Of course. I believe you" I said honestly

"Alright. Get dressed, I wanna take you out. I got some making up to do"

I blushed "What should I wear?"

"Something comfortable and cute"

"Ok, I can do that. I will see you in a little while"

"Bet. I love you, Vae"
