Y/n POV:
We helped Ben into the ally way, next to the pharmacy. "O-ok, R-r-richie wait h-here." just as me, violet and the others went inside I heard him say "glad I got to meet ya before you died" to the kid, I really need to introduce myself. When we got in Eddie just started to grab every thing inside. "Do we really need all of that?" Stanley asked, Eddie just quickly nodded and started grabbing more stuff. We counted the money and we didn't have enough " E-ddie d-do-dont you have an ac-count? " Bill asked "yeah but my mom found out I bought all of this stuff for myself I would be in the ER getting X-rayed" After a long silence from violet, she finally spoke "Don't worry Ed's, I bet I could persuade your mum after all,I am her favorite person"
Right then and there, I said on accident "Thats a great idea, maybe if you keep talking,it would torcher the poor woman into not taking Eddie to the ER" as I put a hand over my mouth, it was to late. The boys were laughing and violet was glaring. Great, just great. Suddenly a girl appeared at the end of our isle, but before she put her had behind her back, I saw she was holding a tampon box. Bill asked "you ok?" Thankfully Not seeing the tampons."yeah, what's wrong with you" she asked Moitioning towards the stuff Eddie was holding. "None of your business" violet and stanley said at the same time. "There's a kid outside that looks like someone killed him." Eddie told her, then bill said "w-we need the s-stuff b-but we c-c-cant af-f-fored it." Then she went up to the counter and flirted with the pharmacist as a distraction. He handed her his glasses, but when she went to give them back, she knocked over the cigarette stand. He went to pick them up, and when he did, she motioned for us to leave, making the boys crash into each other.
When we got outside, I planned to introduce myself to the boy, but no surprise, violet got there first. "Hi, I'm violet and that's my annoying sister y/n, nice to meet you erm... " the boy replied with "Ben, my names Ben" so I cut in before my sister could. "Nice to meet you Ben" then Eddie got to helping him. "Just suck the wound" Richie said, I honestly forgot about Richie when we were in the pharmacy. "I need to focus right now" Eddie said, I kinda want to give them Nick name's but like my sister said 'just because I'm forced to hang out with them, doesn't mean they want me here' "you need to focus right now?" Richie asked, s(ch)nap(p)ing me out of my thoughts. "Yeah, can you get my bifocals? They're in my second fanny pack" why does he have 2? "Er why do you have two?" Stanley asked, to which he replied "It's a long story. now can you get them already?"
While they were doing that, I wandered around when I heard a girls voice. Not my annoying sister, but another girl. "Ben from soc?" It was the girl from the pharmacy. "You need to suck the wound before you apply the band-aid, This is 101!" Who's gonna tell Richie that, doing so only puts the blood in your stomach? Apparently Eddie, "you don't know what you're talking about."
the girl said to Ben "are you ok? that looks like it hurts" A part of Ben's shirt was now covered in blood. "Yeah.. I just fell" I wanted to believe Ben, but I don't think falling can do that much damage."Yeah right into Henry Bowers." Ok so I was right, but who's Henry? "Who's Henry Bowers?" They all just looked at me like I was insane, well except from violet. "You don't know who Henry is?!" Should I? "Um.. No? Im home schooled and I don't have any friends, so I tend not to go outside." (Lonley~ I'm Mr. lonley~) Which is true. I only go outside, to draw. Ben, with sympathy in his eyes, said "oh, well he's one of the worst bullies around, well him and his friends." Ahhh ok "oh thanks for telling me".they went back to the conversation, while I got lost in my thoughts.
" y/n? Are you ok?" Stanley asked pulling me out of my thoughts. "Yeah, just tired" I hope he doesn't ask anymore questions out of pity "oh ok". " w-we w-were planning on g-going to the Q-quarry tomorrow, w-wa-wanna come?" "Good to know. Nice meeting you y/n" she said just about to leave. "Nice to meet you to, uh?" "Beverly" and with that she walked away."what's the quarry?" I asked,sounding like a curious 5 year old. "It's basically a gigantic pond where we go swimming" Stanley said."Well me and y/n need to get going. Bye boys~ see you at the quarry~".
When we got home violet explained to me, that she and mum won't hurt me anymore, because dad found out, and threatened to leave mum, if they don't stop. I was so happy.
I ran upstairs to take a shower, a cold shower this time. I got out around 10 minutes later and got ready for bed.
