When the Fairies help the Sins

Chapter 2

3rd Person POV

"So what do you guy think of the story Meli told us?" Lucy asked

"I don't know what to think" Wendy said sadly.

"To watch the person you love die over and over again right in front of you has gotten to be the worst curse ever." Juvia said while bawling her eyes out.

"I agree it's a sad fate." Erza commented.

"What i can't believe is that 3000 years have passed since we were last here" Lucy was dumbstruck when Meliodas told them how long its been.

"And that the goddess and demon race have both disappeared from this world" Juvia added.

"Well the demon race was resurrected so the goddess will probably reappear soon as well." Wendy countered hoping that they wouldn't have to go against the demon race and 10 commandments without their friends from the goddess race.

In the midst of the girls' conversation and thoughts, they felt a sudden chill from a wide ranged spell.

"Sacred Treasure, Double-Bow Harlett....along with a Blackout!" Gother shouted.

The girls were pulled out of their conversation and their minds went dark for a moment, but then they returned to normal. They quickly rose from where they were sitting and looked around. Their eyes widened at the sight of all the civilians collapsed and passed out on the ground.

"W-whats going on here" Lucy voiced all of their thoughts

"Hey girls look over there" Juvia shouted pointing in the direction of a tall pillar of rock "that has to be Diane's work"

The girls nodded at each other before they sprinted off towards that direction. They rounded the corner and hid behind a building just in time for them to hear Gothers words. "Every single living creature within a 3 mile radius of where I'm standing now, who has a spirit level of less than 400 has been rendered completely unconscious."

Lucy slightly sweatdropped at that statement.... Thanks to all the battles Fairy Tail has fought our spirit level is super high...wait stop focus on the problem at hand, Lucy!

The girls watched as Diane and Gother battled it out. Daiene sent massive rocks towards Gother, who dodged them in mid air. Gother then sent his own attack of arrows towards Diane who dodged them with grace and ease.

"Strength 950, as expected for a giant. who knew your physical abilities would come this close to the captains even if human sized." Gother acknowledged while Diane just scowled at him "It seems i'm overmatched without a Sacred Treasure"

Diane said nothing and continued attacking "Fillet and Roast, Go!" With the command the two gollum's attempted to smash Gother with their hands. "Alright then Sacred Treasure, Double-Bow Harlett....Hijack" before they could get close Gother used his secret treasure to take control of them and he sent them towards Diane.

"That's enough, Snap out of it!"Diane shouted, punching through her golems and straight towards Gowther and punched the daylights out of him.

The girls sighed to themselves as the battle was" finally over and they heard footsteps coming closer to them. "DIANE" Meliodas yelled "Are you alright?" Elizabeth and Merin followed closely behind Meliodas. Gother sat near a wall and Diane was on the ground, looking at everyone "Captain I didn't think i'd see you here.

Wendy approached Gowther, then kneeled down to his eye level. She felt pity for the poor doll. All he wanted was to feel and understand emotions like any other race. He's just trying to do it in the wrong way.
