Day 1 of middle school

I woke up to my Alexa waking me up at 5:40AM. Today was my first day of 7th grade, middle school.. My school corporation has two different elementary schools, one in my town and one in a town not too far from mine, literally the next door town. Why? I have no idea. But anyways, yes, two elementary schools but after 6th grade and you head to the middle school both the schools join together. My elementary school, middle school, and high school are all in my town and aren't too far away. My elementary school is just down the road and the middle school is right across the street from my house. Back in 5th grade I would sometimes walk home with my friend back when she lived across the street from me but then her, her sister, and her mom moved back in with her dad so I didn't get to walk for the rest of 5th grade. In 6th grade I was able to walk from home to school at 7:25 am to 7:30, since it only took 5 minutes to walk there, and walk from school to home at the end of the day.

Now, school doesn't really let in until 7:30 am, so you might be asking "Well why are you getting up at 5:40?" I'll tell you why. Starting 7th grade I've been allowed to start having coffee in the morning. I take like 20-30 minute long showers because I can and have time. So what I do is I wake up, grab my clothes to change into then head to the bathroom and take a shower, then once I get changed I go back to the my room, get on my phone, texts my friend, while my mom is making me my lunch(I would normally do it but she just took my lunchbox while I was in the shower), she came in telling me that my coffee was done and I answered with "Okay," I waited longer so that it could cool down then I went out to drink it. I then went back to my room and went on my phone to listen to music and text my friend in roleplay.

I waited till it's 7:25 so I could go across the street. My middle school has 3 floors. The first floor has the classical classes that have both 7th and 8th graders in the classes. Down there is the office, band, choir, FACS, Health and PE(Done by the same teacher), art, cafeteria, woodshop(But I don't think we can do that this year), and I have no idea what else there is. On the 2nd floor there is the media center/library and all the 7th grade classes(There's one class by language arts that I think 8th graders are in but I don't know, it's not me). On the 3rd floor are all the 8th grade classes.

My schedule is apparently this;

FACS(1st period): 7:48-8:34 (Downstairs)

Homeroom(8th period): 8:37-9:07 (Upstairs)

PE/Health(2nd period): 9:10-9:56 (Downstairs)

Band(3rd period): 9:59-10:46 (Downstairs)

Math(7th grade 4th period/8th grade lunch/A lunch): 10:49-11:34 (Upstairs)

Lunch(8th grade 4th period/7th grade lunch/B lunch): 11:38-12:23 (Downstairs)

Science(5th period): 12:26-1:11 (Upstairs)

Language Arts(6th period): 1:14-1:59 (Upstairs)

Social Studies(7th period): 2:02-2:47 (Upstairs)

This doesn't apply to everyone, just me.

*Time skip*

After my mom made me take my 1st day of school picture, I hate pictures by the way, I headed across the street to the middle school and went to my first class. Luckily FACS was just straight ahead as long as you entered. I went in with my backpack and things, I put my phone in my bag and put my earbuds in their case and put that in my bag with my phone. Me and the other kids who were in the class at the time(Including some popular boys from elementary that I hate) didn't quite know what to do so we just kinda sat wherever, Ms. Garcia came in and told us we could go up to our lockers to put our bags away and that our phones should be in our lockers through the whole school day. I went up to my locker forgetting I left my flute downstairs (Yes, it was in it's case of course), I forgot my locker combination since it were my first day so I had to go all the way back down to grab my paper that had my schedule, locker combination, lunch number, and all that stuff. I grabbed it from the class and headed BACK up to my locker and did the combination on it to unlock it. I put my bag in my locker along with my phone and earbuds then went back down FACS. I saw Kaylee Valdez where I was sitting and I saw my flute. Ms. Garcia told me to just put it in the band room. The day before, the band teacher, Mr. Lewis, told me that we wouldn't need our instrument for the first day of school(yesterday was the opening house where I met all my teachers).

I did as told and didn't exactly know where to put it. I kinda just set it by a wall close to the door, but not too close. I headed back to FACS and sat by Kaylee Valdez, we talked for a bit until Ms. Garcia came back in for good instead of coming back in to tell us what to do then going back out. She gave us our seats. I didn't know who was a 7th grader and who was an 8th grader, except the people from my elementary school.

*Time skip to end of day because I forgot what I was gonna write*

Well, in health class today a kid named Tommy said something. I don't know what he said because I wasn't exactly listening but I heard the teacher say to him, "You bought a girlfriend online?"

I was really confused, I don't think he meant to say he bought a girlfriend online. I do know there are like, dark web websites where you can buy girlfriends(I learned this from Life on Luxury on YouTube, check them out) but I don't think he would do that. He seems pretty nice, although he's a "popular kid" and of course not all popular kids are mean, there's a few I like but then a lot of them seem nice but are actually really mean or they are nice to their friends or students they like but are mean to others, I don't know what Tommy's like.

Today went by really fast, I was currently walking home as they let us out a few minutes ago. I got home and my mom was in the living room.

(If you die in a living room are you dead, or just passed out?)

"How was your first day of middle school?" She asked while I went to my room.

"It was school," I responded.

She gave me a look of slight disappointment, "Really?" she asked me.

I nodded, "yup, it was school,"

Hey guys! It's Forest, this is day one of middle school, this should be updated daily(Maybe multiple times a day), I won't do weekends unless I REALLY feel like it but  I hate writing stories and such, hence why I hate language arts, I don't even know why I write stories on Quotev and Wattpad. Anyways, I swear to god, if my crush sees this on Wattpad for some reason I will cry... This is kinda based off how I am with my crush... Well, one of them... I don't think that the one I'm talking about even knows I exist, maybe he's seen me, I don't really know, he HAS looked in my direction a few times but.. Okay, enough about my crush, Forest out!
