Sasha wasn't always as mean and bossy as she particularly is in the present. In fact, she was the most sweet-natured person you could've ever met. As well as someone who'd always smile through their pain, someone who'd never complain about their problems.
Sasha often grew up with lots of obstacles in her life. Mostly family problems. Her parents never stopped arguing, which led them of the disability to have the potential to give her attention. Several nights passed when she couldn't sleep from the disturbance of her parents. She always wondered if they'd divorce one day, which they did. After her 10th birthday, she had 2 homes, 2 rooms, 2 desks, 2 closets, etc. She spent a week in her father's and a week in her mother's. She always wished for them to get back together, but it was impossible.
She never wanted to be shown as weak though.
Even though she also had problems making friends. At school, everyone made fun of her when she was late to class. Since her parents were fighting all the time, she didn't have a choice but to walk to school. Sometimes her best friend gave her a ride on her bike. Anne was the only one who knew what Sasha was going through, and since they were pretty close she didn't mind to give her a ride to school.
Anne was always her favorite person, she made her feel special, wanted, loved. And seeing her with someone else made her tear up. It was wrong, and she knew that. She loved seeing Anne happy, but the thought of her being with someone else wasn't even imaginable. "We are meant to be" she always repeated.
-flashback-
"It's like looking into an ocean" Anne would always say, "the more I look into your eyes, the more I get dragged to them"
"Pfff" I'd burst out giggling, "that's so cheesy"
"Hey! Tryna be romantic here"
"Well good job on that Romeo" I replied, with non-ending giggles.
-back to the present-
Anne always kept coming up with weird, humorous pick-up lines. Anne was such a goofy person at-times.
When Sasha's Father, Mr. Waybright. Found out about Sasha and Annes relationship, he wasn't able to accept his daughter dating a girl. So Sasha was forced to break up with Anne for her "family's honor."
"No daughter of mine is going to end up with another female" he'd always commented.
Sasha's Father was extremely wealthy. He owned over 4 huge company's. Money was all that mattered in his perspective. Unlike Sasha's Mother, making great memories was all that mattered. Money never meant for her anything. After their divorce, Sasha's Mother had the time to finally give attention to her daughter.
Anne and Sasha stayed friends though, even after Anne changed schools, they hanged out. Well at first, they did. After that both of them fell into different friend groups, yet they eventually were able to meet again at the tennis game. Apart from them playing against each other's team.
