Y/n's POV:
I wake up from my annoying alarm, as I normally do and get dressed in a hurry, already knowing i'll be late for the bus, "ugh!" I groan pulling my backpack over my shoulder as I see the bus pass by my house, another long walk to school, how fun.

— time skip to school cause i'm lazy

As I arrive at school I start walking to my 1st period class.

"Y/n, you're late." My teacher says in an annoyed tone

"Sorry I was late for the bus." I apologize knowing he still won't believe me

"Yeah yeah, go sit down." He demands

I sit down in my seat and notice her again, she was so pretty but, she's my best friend I could never tell her how I feel that would ruin it, our friendship, I wish she felt the same, I wish she thought about me how I think about her, if only she knew, but she can't, I look back at the board and quickly write down what I missed for the first 5 minutes of the lesson, while taking tiny glances at her.

—time skip to lunch because why not

I walk to the bathroom just to clear my head of any thoughts and that's when i see her behind me.
"C/n what are you doing here, I mean you look worried, are you okay?" I ask genuinely concerned

"Yeah I was just coming to check up on you"

"Why?"

"This is the fifth time you've came to school late, what's going on?"

"I just keep missing the bus."

"Look i'm picking you up tomorrow, I love you Y/n"

'I love you Y/n'

"I-i love you too C/n" I stutter as I feel my face heat up a bit

She walks toward me and gives me a hug, one hand on my waist pulling me closer the other on my back, I feel my face get hotter, hoping no one would come in and see me like this, I pull away slowly.

"Thank you, C/n." I say

"Anytime Y/n/n" She says

I feel my face calm down after a while as i head back into the lunchroom, I walk past C/n to go hang out with my other friends, but as I walk by I hear from the table,

"What about Y/n?" A girl says

"She's a great friend!" I hear in C/n's voice

Ouch! That's harsh to hear from your crush isn't it?

I continue my day trying not to think about it but damn, 'she's a great friend' was running around and around my head all day, I forget about it since the day was going by pretty fast.

Ding 🔔

the bell rings as everyone gets up and walks to the doors that lead outside the school.

I walk home once again and do my night routine
Take a shower
Change
Brush my teeth
Comb/Brush my hair
Get in bed
Go to sleep
You go to sleep peacefully, dreaming, dreaming about her.
