The 'Shubhaarambh' of my shots had to be with my favorite KarEena!

It was just another busy day of August and the whole MPT were so caught up with the preparations of 'Amrit Mohotsav of Independence Day' that they even forgot to rest. On one hand, they had to draw up a celebration, and on the other hand had to be cautious of some sleeper cell movements which were prevalent during national events!

However, the team delegated the work. While Haseena visited the headquarters daily for routine visits, Karishma activated her secret networks and was at alert of any suspicious activities, and our beloved Cheetosh and PushpaJi made arrangements for the grand celebration. Although CheetoshPa often got moments to rest but KarEena had a hectic schedule. One could tell from their faces how exhausted they were.

Karishma entered the thana twiddling with her keys. Beneath those aviators were a pair of deep dark circles showing off her diligent work.
"Maddam sir kaha hai? Headquarters se abhi tak wapis nahi aayi kya?" She questioned the trio, who just saluted her.

"Nahi dekhiye na maddam, wo mucchar dsp sir maddam sir ko kitna overload kr dete hai kaam se" Santu said.

"Hmmm, ama ab dsp sir bhi kya kare iss baar 75 saal ho jayenge azaadi ko or police department ke iss celebration me CM bhi aayenge jiska zimma humare MPT ko diya gaya hai, thoda to workload badhega hi" Karishma said.

Before anyone could reply her, she instantly said "Chaliye kaam pe lagiye sab" and everyone went to do their respective duties. Karishma too got a call from one of her informers and was about to leave the thana when she collided hard with someone.

"Sambhal ke Karishma Singh", a voice rang through her ears as a pair of hands came around her shoulders holding her safe from falling down. "Jai Hind maddam sir, sorry humara dhyan phone me tha hum dekh nahi paye aapko" Karishma spoke.

"No problem Karishma Singh, waise kya hum jaan skte hai aisa kya important hai aapke phone me jo aapka dhyan kahi nahi gaya" Haseena replied. "Ji maddam sir darasal humare ek khabri ne hume bataya hazratganj ke ek area me kuch strange activities hui hai to bas wahi msg dekh rahe the" Karishma said.

"Thik hai, hume lgta hai aapko jaana chahiye. Waise hume khushi hui ki pura 3 din baad aapko thik se dekha h humne wrna hum headquarters me aur aap field duty pe hi busy rehte hai mulakaatein zara kam ho gayi hai" Haseena said softly.

"Ama ye maddam sir itne formal or urdu me kaahe baat kar rahi hai hum to inke apne hai!" Karishma thought. "Ji, Jai Hind" She said and left.

At night Haseena reached her home a bit late and changed into normal clothes. Ammi was wide awake waiting for her and as soon as she came they had their dinner. Haseena bid goodnight to Ammi and was about to sleep when she heard similar sound of someone's bullet outside her house. She thought maybe its all because of the exhaustion that she's hallucinating but got alarmed when her phone rang and the caller ID showed a special name

"Karishma❤"

A smile crept on her face as she picked up the call, very well knowing the series of events that were about to happen!

"Hello"

"Hello ma... Haseena!"

"Ji kahiye Karishma singh"

"Haseena hum aapke ghr ke bahar khade hai, bahar aaiye jaldi"

"Kyaa! hume laga hi tha wo bullet ki awaaz aapki hai ek minute" Saying this Haseena went in her balcony to peep outside.

"Aap iss waqt" Haseena questioned, looking at Karishma standing infront of her gate. Karishma looked up towards her balcony and asked

"Kyun nahi acha laga aapko? Hum jaye?"

"arey humne aisa kab bola but aap andar kyu nahi aayi, Ammi se bhi mil leti"

"Ji wahi to dikkat hai, Ammi ko iss samay araam karna chahiye wo khamakha pareshaan hoti isliye nahi aaye, ab aap waha khadi tukur tukur kaa dekh rahi hain, neeche aaiye na Haseena"

"Ji ji hum aaye" Haseena said cutting the call.

"Lijiye hum aagye". Karishma's face brightened when she saw Haseena. "Aaiye humare saath bike pe baithiye" Karishma said almost as if ordering her to do so!

"Lekin..." before Haseena could say anything Karishma cut her off "koi lekin wekin nahi, yaha aap humaro senior nahi hai to chup chap baithiye"

Haseena had no option but to sit behind Karishma on her bike. Once Karishma got sure that Haseeena was sitting comfortably, she drove off. Her speed was not as ferocious as always but was calm, all credits to the weariness of the field duty! Haseena was busy looking somewhere when the bike halted. She got off the bike and looked at the surroundings, completely amazed. Karishma brought her to the river front area. It was a quiet place with very less people around. They went and sat on the grass, Haseena kept her head on Karishma and no one uttering a single word. Both of them were gazing the beauty of the breathtaking view. The clear waves of the water were reflecting the moonlight, stars twinkling brightly and gentle breeze blowing the strands of their hair lightly.

Karishma spoke, breaking their deep trance.
"Kaisa lag raha hai Haseena?"

"Bohot relaxing lag raha hai Karishma, to ye tha aapka surprise"

"Ji, darasal hum dekh rahe the kis tarah hum or aap dono hi kaam me vyast hai upar se ek saath time bhi nahi bita paaye"

"Ji woh toh hai.. Bohot miss kar rahe hai hum aapki nafarmaniyo ko, or humari ladaiyon ko" Haseena said teasingly!

Karishma glared at her but Haseena randomly giggled.
They spent a little time talking about the upcoming celebration and cases..
"Karishma ab hume lagta hai hume chalna chahiye" Haseena said finally getting up.

"Thodi der aur baithiye na Haseena"

"Nahi dekhiye hum dono ko hi subah subah duty pe jaldi jana hai chaliye ab" Haseena said sternly.

"Thik hai chaliye" Karishma said disinterested. They sat on her bike and went off from that place. But to Haseena's surprise, instead of taking the right turn towards her home, Karishma took left turn and stopped infront of an icecream vendor. Haseena looked at her through the bike's mirror and saw that Karishma had that particular mischievous look a 5 year old child has before hogging on pizza! She chuckled.

They ate their favorite ice creams and finally drove off to their respective homes and slept peacefully. Both of them longed for their bestie's warmth for 3 days and finally after hanging out together, they both were content.

Hola! I hope you liked the part. I guess that was too much words and kinda off track too but I promise the upcoming shots will be better.
