Its been a year since the accident and maleka's parents moved her to mexico to stay with her grandmother while her parents stayed in chicago...kathrine visits maleka every weekend they both graduated and are planning to move to california to study at the university of california
Meanwhile jacob hasnt been doing too well he recently moved in with ray and prod to compton california they too intend on studying at the university of california...maleka does not remember jacob or her past life in chicago she only remembers her life in new york which was before she had met jacob and fell inlove with him
Maleka P.O.V
"Listen maleka i love you and i will always love you...your the best thing that ever happend to me..i know i havent been the most honest or perfect boyfriend but i just want you too know that i love you"he said as he gave the last kiss only to be ripped away from me by my father i watched as my father dragged him by his hair...
"PAPA PLEASE LET HIM GO...PLEASE ..please i love him dont do this"i cried out as the tears fell freely from my eyes
I then looked up to my mother"mama please tell papa to let him go"i said to my mother
I then felt a sting on my cheek "how dare you love a boy like him...i thought i taught you well maleka you have disobeyed your father and i's wishes now you will suffer

i watched in horror as my father shot him and as the blood ozed out of his lifeless body

"Maleka wake up"i woke up with sweat dripping from my forehead...its the third time this week i have been having this dream or should i say nightmare...
"Are you ok"kathrine asked with worry writen all over her face
"Uh y-yea im ok..just had a bad dream thats all"
"Is it the same one you had yesterday or the week before?"kathrine asked as she sat next to me on my bed
"Yea"i whispered back as i looked down at my hands
"Listen do remember a boy named princeton?"i immediatly felt my body explode with rage
"Yea"i growled
"Well what do you remember about him?"
"Everything...from how he ruined my entire middle school life"
"How?"i immediatly looked at kathrine as if she done lost her damn mind
"Dont you remember?"
"No"
"He ruined it when...when he um..um..you know"i said getting frustrated with myself..but come to think of it he didnt really do anything all he did was have a silly crush on me and he always sent these secret admire cards but i of course rejected him only because he was the wierd kid in school that everyone made fun of...but him and his friends prodigy,ray and roc kind off did irritate the fuck out kat and i although i knew that kat had a thing for ray
"Earth to maleka"kat sid as she wavez her hands in my face
"Huh"
"Well do you remember how he had this crush on you?"
"Yea it was pretty silly...but it kind off messed up my rep"i said as rolled my eyes at the last part
"Yea but still mal..he didnt do anything to harm you and to be honest with you it wasnt his fault jamall broke up with you"my vision then became blurred at the thought of jamall...but kats right i cant keep blaming princeton for something he didnt do
But i wonder who this mystery guy is in my not so sweet dreams
