Drunk Lucifer x GN!Mc

Based off the chat messages when Lucifer gets drunk :)

Your P.o.V:

You checked your D.D.D, to see if he had replied to your messages. You knew it was normal for him to stay up late into the night, but he was usually at least doing work in the House of Lamentation. But not tonight, it seemed. You had searched the entire house and there was no sign on Lucifer.

You check your D.D.D again, messaging the Demon Lord and his butler to see if Lucifer was with them.

His younger brothers thought you were over-reacting, not sharing your worry and going to their rooms at their usual time. Beelzebub had since checked if you were alright and had tried to re-assure you that Lucifer would be alright, even offering to give you a part of his midnight snack to try to cheer you up. Beel was always so kind to you, to all of his brothers and you couldn't help feeling a little better even if it was for a short while.

You here the front door open and you rush from the kitchen to the hallway. Stood in the doorway was none other than the demon butler and.... Lucifer? His arm was slung around Barbatos' neck and he seemed to be acting... different.

"Pardon me, MC, but I thought it best to bring him back to the House of Lamentation instead of letting him stay at the castle, considering your panicked messages." Barbatos stated, walking further into the room.

"Is he drunk?" You ask. He nods in response. You take Lucifer off him and force him to try and stand by himself. "Why is he so intoxicated?"

As you ask Barbatos the question, Lucifer wraps his arms around your waist from the side and buries his face into your neck. You feel your face heat up, and try to push him off with no luck. Embarrassed, you try to ignore him and listen to what Barbatos was saying.

"The young master challenged him to a drinking game and as you can see from Lucifer's state, he let his pride get the best of him and wouldn't not let up until he won" He paused, briefly, checking his D.D.D since you had both heard it ping. "I wish I could help you with him, however the young master is also in need of assistance so I must be off."

"Wait, Barbatos-!" You started but he was already gone, shutting the door behind him.

You sigh, pinching the bridge of your nose. You realise this was going to much harder than you had hoped for.

"Lucifer?" You lightly shake the man's shoulder, trying to grab his attention.

"Darling, your so warm, it was so cold out there" Lucifer replied, moving so he was hugging you from the front.

"Luci- sorry. Lucifer, could you let go, please? I need to lock the door and you should go to bed"

"You want me to let go?"

"Just for a second, so I can lock the door." You tried to convince him, trying to unlatch his arms.

"But why would that mean I should stop hugging you?"

"Lucifer, please-"

"Fine." He let you go, his arms now hanging down by his side's now.

Why is he being so clingy? It's nice, but so unlike him. Is it because he drank too much? I kinda wish he would show this part of him more often. You thought as you moved over to the door.

"Now, let's get you to your room with a glass of water so you can-" You had turned back around only to find Lucifer not where you left him.
"Fuck. Why did he leave? Now I need to find him before any of the brothers see him."
