Mrs Kings went to Ivy's room and sat on her bed directly beside her. "You know your father didn't mean it that way he was just.."
"Just what!!, so that I will be used as a material for the company to excel and the next thing is that I would be disposed like a piece of trash" Ivy interrupted.
"That is a mean thing to say about your parents"Mrs Kings replied.
"That is a wrong way of treating your child"
" I understand how you feel" Mrs Kings replied.
"I don't think you understand, like put yourself in my shoes." Ivy retorted.
"I was once in your shoes My father did the same thing for me and that is how i ended up with your father that was long before your father established his own company."
"Maybe that is why your relationship is in a mess" she replied aggressively.
"Ivy!! Remember it is not for us, it is for your company to be"Mrs king cautioned.
" im.. Im sorry it is just that I already have a job so it is not for my company" Ivy said and faced the other side of the bed.
"I will give you time to think about it" she replied and left the room.
Ivy tried sleeping but she couldn't, her mind continued going back to today's discussion so she decided to go through the social media as she was doing this a email entered was sent. Sheopened it on her laptop and was shocked.

"What!!! Why do I feel that this is my parents doing or no it can't they can not be that desperate" I said and picked up my list of what I planned on buying.

Gossip wristwatches.

It is not like my parents don't have the money but my card had been blocked.
But Ivy make a good choice here are you going to go for the arranged marriage maybe I should, I would be able to get the money to buy all these my wants and besides I would have a job I would consider been the CEO of The Kings company and besides he is handsome, has a cute smile, Stop!! I guess I should go for it but it would have rules because I will not marry him for love maybe I should write down the rules now. I moved to my table and chair beside the nightstand and I picked up a pen and started writing down the rules......
It is another bright morning and I didn't set the alarm but my body woke me up I guess my body system is already used to waking up early, I went to the bathroom and took my bath, brushed my teeth and I wore a baby pink blouse on a white trousers I wore a flip flop and came for breakfast.
"Good morning dad, good morning mum" I greeted them but I got no reply am I the only one that feels that they are deliberately ignoring me. Just then my brother walked into the dinning room.
"Good morning big sis" he greeted me and faced my parents "Dad Good morning, Mum good morning"
"Good morning sweetheart" They chorused.
Yeah I was actually right. I drew out a chair and sat on it just then Addy the cook came in with a serving pot and a tray that is filled with eating cutleries, She drew out a chair and sat on it.
Mrs Kings took the serving spoon and served everyone except me fried potatoes and pepper sauce then she sat to eat,
