In the beginning, it started in darkness. A void that consumes even itself. It was quite lonely. With no one but yourself, floating upon the blank canvas of one's mind. Til one day, a pure light appeared.
Did I make this?
So I moved closer.
The faint light grew brighter the more I approached it. It wasn't blinding, but it did make itself known. I furrowed my brows slightly as I realized what it was.
A small child.
"What is your name young one?" I asked in that booming voice, yet it held that hint of tenderness to it.
"...I do not know." She spoke in a soft spoken voice. Her eyes was an odd color. Something new. Something good.
"I see...I believe we should bestow a name upon you." I nod my head slightly as I soon kneel down to her small stature.
She furrowed her brows slightly, with each movement the small child made cause small supernovas in her wake. Coloring the darkness with more light. Some blue, others are purple. It was clear to me that this child was special.
"How about Star?" I suggested to her.
"No, I don't like that." She said rather bluntly for a child, which was sort of endearing in its own way.
"I see, then what would you like to be called child?" I asked her, tilting my head to the side slightly as I observed her with intrigue.
"Virgo." She said with such certainty. Her dark blue eyes soon focused on me.
"What an odd name...are you sure?" I asked her.
"Yes. I'm sure." She said as her hand reached for me. As if she was asking me to hold her hand.
I looked down at her for a moment, now walking away, not used to such gestures. Expecting her to follow me. "Come on Virgo. We have work to do."
"What kind of work?" She asked as she followed close behind me. The moment her hand clamped onto my robe, I soon took shape into a figure. A tall yet slim male figure. Eyes old as time while my features was sharp like a blade. My hair was dark as the void, while my limbs was all lanky.
"We must tend to our creations."
