Background info:
After just finding a new job outside of swellview, y/n moves there with her mother, causing y/n and chapas relationship to be long distance.

Your Pov:

"I can't believe your actually moving away for good." Chapa said sadly as she put one of your oldest stuffed animals into a box labeled "prized possessions".

"I know. It almost hurts knowing how much i'm going to miss you." you responded as you took the clothing out of your closet.

time skip

(still ur pov)

We each sat on opposite sides of my soon to be old bedroom.

"I'm gonna miss this." you started to break the silence.

"you being right down the road. always together."

"I've never really imagined what it would be like without you being here." she said, not looking up from the floor.

Even though she wasn't looking at me, i still saw a tear roll down her cheek.

"Are you crying?" i asked her quietly.

"n-no." she stuttered, wiping the tear away.

i quickly crawled over to her and wrapped my arms around her.

she instantly started sobbing into my chest.

"I don't want you to go." she said in between sobs which made me start to silently cry.

time skip a day later

Your POV:

my new room.

It was rather small and dark.

I hated it.

The view outside my old bedroom window had trees with plenty of pretty birds nesting inside.

The view outside my new bedroom window looked out into our boring new neighborhood.

I hated it here.

I miss Chapa.

I miss SWAG.

I felt so lonely.

I quickly pulled out my phone and started texting Chapa.

Me:
Hey. u up?

Chapa:
yeah.

Me:
i miss you :(

Chapa:
why did u move away anyway?

Me:
my mom got a job and said i had to come with :/

Chapa:
aww

Then my phone died.

I put it down my the floor next to me and cuddled into my dirty sleeping bag right on the dirty floor.

i slept for about two hours.

Fell asleep at four.

Woke up at six.

I quickly got up and plugged my phone in, impatiently waiting for it to turn on so i can text chapa.

Time Skip - 7 months

(still ur POV:)

i was sitting downstairs, watching videos on my phone when something popped up in my mind.

"Hey, mom?" i asked my mother, who was washing dishes.

"Yes?" she responded.

"Could i maybe, go back to swellview for a little bit?" i asked, turning off my phone.

"Why?" she asked, looking up from the sink.

"Because i miss it. I miss my friends and my girlfriend." i said, hugging my knees.

"For how long?" she asked, going back to what she was doing.

"Thats what i was thinking. Could i possibly move in with my girlfriend?" i asked her cautiously, silently praying she wouldn't get mad.

She hesitated.

"Sure. If it's okay with her family."

"you sure?" i asked, unsure if she was lying or not.

"yeah. i knew you wouldn't wanna stay for long."

i felt a burst of energy rush through my body.

"Okay! Thank you!" i said, grabbing my phone and running upstairs.

i instantly ran into my room and texted chapa.

i found myself pretty much typing a paragraph in excitement.

Once i sent it to her, it took her about twenty minutes to read it and type her response.

i read her message the second she sent it, tossed my phone on my pillow and grabbed my bags, shoving everything in.

once i finished, i knew i was forgetting something.

The most important thing.

"Mom!" i shouted from the top of the stairs.

"Yes?" she called back.

"Could you book me a flight to swellview?"

"Sure!"

"Thank you!"

i excitedly rushed back into my room, packing up some extra stuff.

it was a forty five minute flight, thirty minute walk and twenty five minute uber ride to make it too her house.

I excitedly knocked on her door.

as soon as i did i heard footsteps running towards the door.

Chapa opened it and squealed as she jumped into my arms not letting go for about 15 minutes.

i hugged her back tightly as i slightly lifted her off the ground.

time skip one hour

(still ur pov)

Chapa and I were sitting in my new room (the old guest room) when Sage walked in.

"Uh, who's this?" she asked Chapa, pointing at me.

Chapas cheeks went slightly red.

"Uhh, my best friend, Y/n." she said nervously.

"I thought Mika was your best friend."

"They both are." she replied, smiling slightly after to look innocent.

Sage turned around and walked out leaving Chapa and I alone again.

"She doesn't know?" i asked her.

she shook her head.

"She'll find out eventually."
