We sat in the meadows, near the sewer: D-do you remember what we looked like? 

I and Bev shook our heads: I only remember certain parts

Bev answered and I nodded: We were brave, but scared, and Bill, you didn't love me any longer

Bill shot up in confusion: But.. That can't be true.. I do love you

I looked down: I know, but we'll be older, all of us, but we'll always be losers 

I smiled and everyone followed, Bill stood up: Alright then swear it, s-swear that if It comes back, that we'll be ready 

I stood up and the chain followed, Bill started on Eddie and finished with me, I didn't move one bit, I've been through far worse, like almost death. 

Bill and I clasped hands, my blood got on his hand as we stood there, soon everyone left and it was just me and Bill. I sat close to him. 

Bill chuckled: I really thought you were gone 

I sat closer to him: I thought I was too 

Bill took me into his arms: I'm gonna m-marry you. I will marry y-you 

My emotions drained: You won't, no matter how much you're gonna say it, you won't 

Bill flipped me to his side: If I won't love you later, then I'll have all the time to love you now 

We leaned in closer and kissed, the sun was melting and it was like every romance movie I've ever watched, Bill brought his hand to my neck, and mine were draping over his shoulders. 

I broke off and kissed his cheek: I'll see you at school tomorrow.. 

I paused for a second then whispered: William.. 

I then walked home as he watched closely, only the second time I've ever called Bill his real name, I felt good, but I'll have to clean my bedroom now, I guess high school's gonna be alright.
