Not the best looking girl
Meh a little plump
She wears a fake smile
She was happy and ok for a while
But now she's older and life is harder than she thought
She wishes she could be a bit Bolder
she hinted she was down but they let it slip by
She kept telling herself that she was fine
she stopped herself from crying almost every day
But it was all a big lie, she couldent stay this way
Couldent you tell?!
Look at her big misty eyes
don't say the weren't hiding behind lies
Summer blazed by but all she wore was long sleeves
Because the marks on her arm are to obvious, you see
She knew she was depressed and hated to admit it
She didn't think she fit in yet everyone seemed to miss it
And yet she crawls on like a solider from battle
Bleeding out from her wounds
Those cuts on her arms you see, they are no mistake
But you see no one's ever cared enough to save her from that self hate.
she can't stay this way
she stands up, on that chair,
rope around her neck, draws in a deep breath,
and leaps into the air.
But her parents weren't to blame
It is the world who should bow down in shame.
