Chapter 8: An Awakening Like No Other

"Thank god you are alright, I was so worried, how do you feel jerome" as I open my eyes, I hear my loves voice, My one true love, he never left my side.

"Baby, Im so glad I get to see you right now, You have no idea what crazy dream i just had. I cant wait for...." I was stopped by a pain the lower neck area which made me begin to spaz out uncontrollably. All I could hear and see was Michael spring into a full on sprint to get to the door to scream for the nurse and doctors. But I knew at that moment that I was loved, I began to see a white light shine, and I no longer heard screamed,no longer felt pain. But there was something weird, as I looked toward Brandon. I couldn't quite see it until I saw that everything stopped moving and even the bird outside the window had stopped moving and just frozen in place, frozen in time as if all time has stopped. But not Brandon, wings appeared from his back growing to full length as about 10 feet each wing and he soared up screaming into the light "please, not him, you can not have him." His arms by his side his beautifully greyed out wings, every feather a different shade of gray, and as he hailed faster toward me up into the sky I looked passed him and saw the ground and trees all become as Lego size in my eyes but as I regain focus on him, he is already by my side grasping my body holding me as he asks me "live with me forever, always and forever, never age another day, never age another second, only be with me and never fall into the darkness but never be able to be allowed into heaven. Become a Fallen Angel as I and we will never be apart for our eternal life." As he said these words there was nothing in my mind but being with him, he was my one and only, always and forever, never to be anything other and never to be with another but him.

"Forever and always my love" all I could say and as the last word left my mouth the light began to fade and we just hovered in mid air as he held me and my body began to shiver at the thought that I would never be allowed to go to heaven, but he is my heaven. A smile crept into my face as I grasped my chest as I felt a sharp pain almost as if I was being electrified. That was when Brandon disappeared and I began to fall, just diving down toward the bed, then as I got closer I felt a sudden jolt of electricity as if punched into my chest and that was when I was as if pulled back into my body with such force that it hurt to hit my body. I felt a sudden jolt again as my body spasmed and chest popped up from the jolt of my return.

"We got him doctor, his heart race is returning back to normal" I heard a Woman's voice to my left as another to my right this time a man "thank God! We need an in room nurse at all times until all his vital signs are stable." I then turn my head to the right and then to the left trying to find where Brandon could be but he was no where to be found. A year drop falls down my right side of my face and then I feel a very smooth hand wiping my year fallowed by a womanly voice "Don't worry he is right outside the door, if it wasn't for him we would have never gotten here in time. He really loves you" it was the nurse.

A smile came to my face as my eyes fell weak and I fell asleep. I don't remover any dreams because of the medication I was being fed through the I've unit but I do remember opening my eyes because someone had opened the curtains and that hot and amazingly warm heat felt amazing. Sadly I fell asleep seconds after. When I had finally awakened I felt a presence next to me in the bed I was sleeping in. It was Brandon, he had climbed into the bed with me and cuddled. At this time I saw no IV in my arm and no gadgets in the room, the room was different. I must of been moved to a new room when I was finally stable.

I got up to stretch and to walk around but before I stepped out of bed I felt arms hugging me from behind. One was from under my shoulder and the other from over and that's when I heard Brandon speak with worry in his voice "Don't You dare scare me like that again" I felt a sudden wetting between my legs and I looked down and saw that I had just peed myself and into the floor, Which I then let out a loud sigh. "Don't worry about it babe, it's understood after sleeping for a few days."

"Can You get the nurse?" I asked Brandon which he then got up and went out of the room and asked the nurse to come to help me. But honestly all I could think about was that light and Brandon and his wings. I truly do love him if I would give up heaven for him, even though it was all a dream. Or was it?
