Y/CN POV:

He was doing it again. Not really acknowledging me and really only pays attention to his job. He was currently polishing his gauntlet so I decided to give him a visit. "Heyyy Wildberry, whatcha doing?" I asked. "Good morning Y/CN, I am currently polishing my gauntlet as you can see and will be leaving to meet up with Queen Hollyberry later." He immediately explained. "Well I was just wondering if you we could y'know spend some time together tomorrow?" I said. "Hm I won't be able to, I'll be busy at the Vanilla kingdom doing patrol and guarding Queen Hollyberry." He replied not really giving it much thought. "Oh uh okay... Sorry I asked." I muttered under my breath and left.

Timeskip tomorrow~

Welp here I am just doing my thing. Don't get me wrong I don't mind being alone in fact I love being alone I just, wish we'd spend more time together. I was walking alone through the halls until Captain Crunchy Chip Cookie approached me. "Heya Y/CN, ya looking a little down today." He said walking next to me. "Oh hey Crunchy Chip Cookie..." I greeted not really paying much attention to him. "Uh hey, you okay?" He asked sincerely this time. "Uh no not really, haven't really been since last week..." I replied. "Do you wanna talk about it? I'm currently free right now!" He asked. "Sure why not?" I replied. "Awesome!" He exclaimed and we walked towards to the back of the castle where it's more peaceful. "So what's going on?" He asked.

"Well I've been wanting to spend some time with Wildberry but he hasn't really tried to spend time with me or really made an effort, if that makes sense." I explained. "Hm well you could spend time with me, n-not suggesting that you should y'know cheat, but I've got some spare time maybe we could spar together to get your mind off it?" He suggested. "Why not, I have been meaning to try out my new attack." I replied feeling a bit better. "That's the spirit, come on!" He said sprinting towards the training grounds. I took my [weapon of choice] and stood the opposite side of him. "First one to get knocked to the ground loses!" He said in his battle stance. "You're on." I smiled.

He lunged himself at me but I quickly dodged taking a change to swing my [weapon of choice] at him. "Hah! Ya missed!" "Did I?" I said punching his chest. "Wow, quite a punch." He said putting his hand by his chest. "Don't underestimate the power of Y/CN!!" I yelled swinging my [Weapon of choice] at him. "Alright give it your all!" He said dodging my attacks very quickly. Unbeknownst to me, a certain cookie was watching from a distance.

Wildberry Cookie POV:

I watched as they sparred together my anger slightly spiking. Is he trying to take her from me? I watched as they laughed and had fun together. Am I not good enough? I wanted to watch more but Queen Hollyberry needed me so I left. I'll be having a chat with the Captain later.

Timeskip 2 hours (its about to go down)~

It is currently six o'clock in the evening and I saw Crunchy Chip Cookie and Y/CN walking around the Palace laughing and waiting for the banquet to start. I decided to approach them and interrupt whatever they're having with each other. "Ahem." I cleared my throat. "Oh hey Wildberry." Y/CN greeted weirdly not too happy to see me. "Oh hey there, is something wrong?" "Yes, I need to speak to you in private." I said, my expression slightly changing. "Oh uh I'll leave you two to your thing, I'll see you soon Captain!" She said her goodbye and went to the dining room to probably lend some assistance. "What did you want to talk about-" "What do you think you're doing?" I asked not really giving him a chance to finish his sentence.
