Lab experiment created by the Government. Lighter than air and his blood replaced with purple toxins to keep him from constantly blacking out. He's short and he sounds like his voice is constantly on the affects of helium. He had a suit created for him. And thus Mikado was born. A speedster with the ability to shot purple substances from his body. The old version of his suit was a black hazmat suit with red eye lenses and a giant tank filled with his unused toxicity inside. He shot it out using a tube with filters at the end so it harden when it came in contact the oxygen or burned when it came in contact to organic material.
