Whereas it goes, Arthur Burner and Sunflower who is now personify as Sandra, went to the Old Town Road's one and only city hall for an announcement, The Town's mayor Gregory Silverstone reported an urgent news about the ravenous thieves known as the White Devils. The townsfolks are feeling anxious and concern that their town will get rampant by those country thugs. Gregory lately pronounces to everyone a welcoming greet to Sandra, The people looked at her, Sandra asked Arthur who are they looking at, then Arthur harshly whispers to her saying they are all looking at her. Just as soon enough Sandra greeted everyone, nearly saying her Injun dialect but was cut off by Arthur as he provided her welcome to the rest of the town. Gregory proceeds his speech and 'no-smile' delight towards on the heroic sheriff Roger who confidently greets the joyed crowd except Arthur isn't showing a gratitude. Roger makes a list in order to keep their town saved from the thieves, which causes the folks to pay attention to him. Sandra, however, was blocked by Arthur who told her to don't join as he and her left the city hall.
Arthur showed Sunflower the town's bank, the dressing store, the brothel and the toilets every location in the town. Suddenly, a flyer Sandra saw, it says the County Fair starts at tomorrow. Arthur told her that the games aren't that friendly nor fun once she goes there, which then Arthur refuses to take her there, much to her dismay. The two went inside the the western's local food diner, The Farm's Brunch owned by the local moonshiner Fredrick (Story's Hunk Garret), he maybe an alcohol maker but was raised in a barn filled with tender, tasty and edible portions. As they arrived, the people looked at Arthur with those deadpanned reaction; Sandra is confused, asking if they're looking at her again. Fredrick's girlfriend (Story's Shay) taking their order, Arthur ordered a barrel of beer and a kiddie meal for Sandra, Sandra protest that she's not a kid. Later Sandra is mesmerized by the kid's meal and devours it. While Arthur pays for the food at cashier (ignoring all the stink eyes by the patrons), The clumsy Sandra meets a pretty but two-faced lady named Rachel (Story's Lila Rossi) who 'kindly' offered her a job at the brothel, Sandra doesn't know what a brothel is but she replied doesn't need money, when Rachel tries to convince her, Arthur returned and scares off Rachel (BEAT IT B***H!).
Although, Arthur and Sandra encounters Roger and George, Roger's nephew, whom shyly welcomed Sandra, Roger asked her where does she lived. Knowing Sandra isn't good at keeping secrets, Arthur lied that she's from Mexico in travel and was never been heard before. Roger gifted a bouquet of daisies to Sandra but George begins to verify her looks and gets dubious. Arthur escorts Sandra back to the outside, leaving the Renegades. But George becomes curious to this female visitor.
Meanwhile, out of the residential desert, a group of Indian Tribe went in to the search of the missing Princess Sunflower. But they know shouldn't be seen by the town patrons, so they 'borrowed' some clothes from the laundry. The leader orders to fan out as the Injuns split. But little did they know, the arrogant Wind River (Story's Lance McClain) ditches the Injun pack and was about to find Sunflower as well. In a normal afternoon, Back with Sunflower and Arthur, he showed her a petting zoo, which she is overjoyed by it. Since Arthur made a deal with Sandra to fulfill her request, he wants her to go back home so she won't get caught by the crowds, including the Renegades. But stubborn as ever, Sandra still wants to stay and desire to come to the County Fair tomorrow. Arthur and Sandra gets into an argument. Arthur is out of words to talk back at her, he blows off steam, ditching Sandra. This scene cuts to the Old Town Road's small market where two store owners (Story's Pinkie Pie): Owner to the candy store and the Dentist scolding at each other, the petty fight causes to unleash a raging bull from the pen gate. The bull starts to attack the town as they seek inside their homes, bull was about to seize the child only to be saved by Arthur who grabbed the bull's horn. However, the angry male cattle is too strong to tame, it almost overpower Arthur and was about to end his life. But Sandra stopped the bull, manages to calm it down when she assertively scolds it for making a mess to the town. The bull nuzzles Sandra's hand as an apology as it went back to the pen. Awestruck, everyone, especially Arthur at what Sandra just did. Mayor Silverstone thanked Sandra for stopping the bull and saving half of the town.
Later at his room, Arthur apologizes to Sandra for argument and thanked her for saving him. Sandra owed him for her life. Arthur smiled as he told Sandra, he'll take her to the County Fair tomorrow. Delighted, Sandra thankfully hugged Arthur, who was surprised at this affectionate embrace, he hugged her in return. But he paused this comfy moment as he told Sandra to do him a favor of shopping for rations. As the night falls, Wind River failed to search for his 'future wife', he tried to use his Indian instincts to look for her but it turns out he can't remember the nature-communication technique. Wind River was seen by George after he topples himself from the wagon. The sheriff's nephew helped him out, Wind River pretends to be a wanderer but only when his Injun clothes exposed who he is. George was going to seize him. Wind River he also informed him that he is on a search for his fiancee who have runaway, he seeks aid. George was skeptical of him, although he was able to help him find his 'girlfriend'. Hearing a ruff and scary voice, George hid Wind River's identity from his uncle, George asked Roger if he can invited his friend for a one night stay in their house. Roger refuses to allow this but grimly told George to take him to the One-star hotel instead.
Wind River whispers to George about how scary his uncle is as the latter sarcastically remarks that Roger is only family he's got while his mother went West for 3 days. As two boys went to the low-rated hotel, Wind River meets George's friends Frederick and two saloon boys Eugene and Twain, George told the guys about his 'new friend' and they promised to keep him a secret to the town.
