I sit here at the table writing 'I really can't believe who used to think we could save the world now the whole planet is burning and it's all our fault we thought we could end what the government was doing to those people but we were wrong I guess we always are-' it gets interrupted by a chime I walk over to the screen on the grey wall and turn it on

"Alex is mr Davenport there" the president asks

"No sir no one's here he's at some conference and the rest are at school I couldn't go because I unlocked a new ability and we don't want me to glitch and accidentally set someone on fire" I say to him he nods

"Can you give him a message" he asks I nod "tell him somethings wrong I'm not sure what and tell him to call me" he says

"Will do sir have a good day" he smiles and the screen goes dark after awhile Davenport comes back and I tell him what he said so he calls him he hangs up and stands next to me

"Before i tell you what's it's about because we both know you were listening pronouns" I put my pen down and face my body towads him

"She/her"  I respond he nods

"Ok he said that we've been having satlire malfunctions and he thinks someone's trying to hack into them I'm going to see if I can help out then you Adam Bree and chase and cutch the caloret" I nod again

"What's wrong" he asks he adopted me when I was five and he can always tell when somethings wrong

"Don't tell anyone" I ask him

"Ok" he says

My face gets red and I feel panicky he's going to be mad and freak "I might have a crush on chase" I say folding the pages in my notebook he looks mad for a split second but hides it

"I know it's very obvious to everyone but you and chase" he says I sigh is it relief I don't know probably not

"Thank you" I say to him about to get back to writing

"Let's see what your new power can do" he says and I slowly stand up he puts on some gear "ok hit me" he says so I focus and do just that and send him flying backwards into on of the capsules

"What just happened" chase asks standing next to me

"He told me to hit him" I respond he gets up

"Not so hard Alex" he says he looks down "did you melt the metal ok we went useing that unless we want to blow something up" he says in a harsh tone

Chase walks closer to me and places a hand on my shoulder i tense and a breath gets caught in my throat "are you ok" he asks

"I'm fine" I say to him

"Are you sure your face is red" he says putting a hand to my forehead "you feel fine and it not hot or cold in here and i know you don't have sunburn" he starts listening off the reasons and my face gets reder and my heart quickens "wait do... you.. like me.....like...ro.man.ticly" he asks I turn to Davenport for support but he gives me a glare I guess still made sense I almost set him on fire

I take in a deep breath which is hard sense it feels like my lungs are on fire and it's hard for me to form words so all I do is nod but he keeps looking at me so I guess he wants a verbal answer "yes" i mange to choke out I know Bree Adam and leo are watching us which isn't helping much

He takes my hand and squeezes to them looks to them and Bree takes them out mental note to thank both of them later once they leave he takes his other hand and gently cups my face "will you be my girlfriend/boyfriend" he asks thats right I didn't tell him my pronouns this morning

"Yes I'll be your girlfriend" I respond he smiles and moves closer to me I do the same our lips match and we kiss we both pull away he smiles at me and I run a hand through his hair

"I hope mr Davenport won't be mad" he says

"Trust me he won't" I say taking both of his hands and interlacing our fingers "as for the others I don't know I mean Adam is still trying to figure out what gender fluid is" I say he laughs I love that laugh more then anything and can't help but kiss him again when we pull away his face is bright red and I smile at him he smiles at me

"Ok I'm back I don't have a hole in me thanks for asking" Davenport says

"You heard all that didn't you" I ask

"Yes" he responds both of our faces get red a little while later I'm sitting in chases lap my arms around his neck on the couch when a mission alert goes off we all get up and change and leave to go to the fire after a while everything goes black

Sorry it's so short guys but I had to leave you on a cliffhanger because I'm evil and love making characters suffer ok bye now
