Before Cynthia became a nether kin she lived in the frost bourne
This story will tell what she was before and how she's gotten to the point she has gotten to now
Our story starts 6 years ago before my au since part 26 of the second book back from the dead tonight
( narrator pov)
Hilda had recently been put in charge of training and finding the best new recruits for the frost bourne army but she wasnt to happy with it since she hated doing this job
She had gone to Theo's office and complained about her new position
Hilda " lord theo with Aldo respect i am not sure i want to deal with new recruits " theo had made up his mind and had no one else good enough for the position
Theo " hilda i get you dont want to do this but you are a good trainer so you will do fine " hilda still wants happy
Hilda " but sir ....mmmmmmmm ...fine" hilda mumbled defeated
Theo " look hilda i dont have anyone left for the position right now I'm sure you will do fine on this task now if you excuse me i have other work to attend to your free to go " hilda was still annoyed but nodded and walked away
When she walked out she met Patrick in the tavern
Patrick " so your training new recruits ?" He asked her as she took a big long sip of her beer glass
Hilda " i dont want to deal with some dam kids that will just annoy me " Patrick understood where she was coming from but wanted her to see things on the better side of it
Patrick " come on not all kids are bad we were all kids once so and look where we are now " he took a sip of his drink
Hilda " ok sure but there's always gonna be ass holes in those groups who wont give a shit what i say or want them to do "
Patrick passed her another drink and stood up
Patrick " relax I'm sure you will be fine and trust me its better then me having to deal with azura, Dayrll and mara " hilda pulled the drink over and drank it
Hilda " uhhh .....can't wait for some one else to take over this job " the next morning she got ready to help train the new recruits for the army
They were all lined up in a line of 5 by 10 . She looked at the group of them slightly annoyed about having to train every one of them
Hilda " i shall be your trainer and commander " she spoke out to them " those who do not meet expectations for the army you shall be no longer be in this training for it now you shall all go to your Barracks and wait there for further instructions " they all started to move to their Barracks where they would stay till they complete there training
Hilda may not have wanted to be training new recruits but she would still have to do her new job and make sure these troops will be ready for a war incase they are needed
First she would test each of the people in the group in a few different categories like who was good at firing a bow , who could ride and horse and what weapons each were best with being either , swords , axes , spears and maces to name a few
The next day she was ready to start testing these new recruits to see were any of them able to be fit for this army
As she watched different recruits train in these categories a few were falling behind but most were getting an average rating she thought at least but then she saw a young girl using an axe was beating all the trained soldiers that were teaching her how to use it
