Tom had a daughter Luna Rose James right out of high school but he didn't know about her until she was 19 (she is 24 now) when she came and found him wanting to know her dad. Tom was more than happy. They decided it was best to keep her secret so she wouldn't be exposed to his crazy life as an actor. One night he's throwing a party at his house with some close friends. She shows up and meets Tom's best friend Benedict Cumberbatch. Benedict has no idea that she is Tom's daughter until later that night. They end up having a secret relationship behind Tom's back.
This story will mention one of Benedict's newest movies The Power of the Dog. So if you haven't watched please be aware there will be some spoilers.

Luna was in Tom's kitchen watching him get things ready for the party he was throwing tonight. "Dad why can't I come to the party tonight?" Tom stops putting stuff on a tray. "Luna we have been through this. It's not a party for you. It's going to be a bunch of middle-aged bachelors doing nothing but drinking and talking shit and trying to get laid." She rolls her eyes. "I know that but I'm not a kid Dad! I can handle myself. And by the way, I'm not a virgin!" Tom groans "I didn't need to know that Luna and you're not coming that's that!"
She growls "Okay fine Tom I'm going home!" Tom chuckles hearing her call him Tom as she storms out of the kitchen. He yells after her. "Love you, Luna! Text me when you make it home!" She reaches the door. "Yeah whatever Tom!" He just laughs more thinking to himself. Lord if she is that fisty now I can't imagine what she was like as a kid and teen.

Luna was sitting at her house bored. All she could think about was the party going on at her dad's house. She smiled wondering if his friend Benedict Cumberbatch would be there. If she knew her dad she knew he would be. She has had a crush on him since she was a little girl and the thought of possibly getting to know him made her smile. She grinned and decided she was going even if her dad didn't want her to. She was an adult and she could do what she wanted. She went to her room to pick out an outfit. She smiled deciding on a green dress.

She pulls into Tom's driveway and takes in the number of cars there. She grins hearing blaring music. She walks to the door and walks in not bothering to knock or ring the bell. She looks around taking in everyone and everything. She spots Tom talking to someone on the other side of the room. She quickly moves into the kitchen before he sees her. She's so busy trying to escape from Tom she's not watching where she is going and bumps into something or someone. She hits the person so hard that it knocks her back a little. The person grips her hips to prevent her from falling on her ass and chuckles. "You okay there love?" She blushes, "Yeah I was.." Her sentence stops when she looks up to see who she bumped into. She stares at the tall, handsome blue-eyed man staring at her. It's none other than the man she has crushed on for years. Benedict Cumberbatch. He laughs still gripping her hips. "Can you speak love? What's your name? Don't think I've ever seen you around before."
