I was busy walking at the hospital's hall way when I accidentally bump into someone.

I look up to see who I bumped into.

I was shock. It all came back to me. The memories.

"I- I'm sorry I didn't mean to hit y- you" I stuttered. Goddd why did I stutter. That's so freaking bad.

"It's okay." He said plainly.

I guess he already moved on.

5 years of me moving on. Still counting.

I wonder how he moved on so fast.

Oh I forgot it's been 5 years.

"Uh, Hello... Are you not moving?" He asked coldly.

"Uhhh..." I immediately ran off.

"Bullshit." He whispered.

"That was so embarrassing of me" I whispered.

I ran to my waiting patient. Goshhh, shouldn't have embarrassed myself out there.

"We already Checked your vitals, and we have some bad news and good news." I said.

I inhaled an air. " Lemme say the bad news first. The bad news is that you have a cancer. The good news is that we have a cure for your disease ." I said.

"Knock, knock. Doc, coffee?" Elijah said who just arrived.

I almost choke at my saliva.

"Are you alright?" He asked, like he didn't talk to me coldly earlier.

"Yeah." I said without emotions.

"Coffee?" He asked

"No thanks, not interested." I said plainly. " I'll go now," I said to my patient without taking a glance at Elijah.

At my peripheral vision I saw him go near at my patient.

I just ignored him and completely left the room.
