Are You Okay ? EvaXSteve Harrington

S1 episode 1

I'm sitting at the table eating my bread when my mother came back from the phone .

"Hey uhm Dustin" my mom says
"Yeah?"
"Did Will go home with you yesterday?"

"He drove with us from mike to his street. Why are you asking ? Something happened?"

"Well He didn't come home yesterday" my mom says worried.

"Wait what?" I said."he is missing?"

"So you didn't see him either oh man" She said as she picks up the phone again and calls Joyce .

Dustin looks worried I can't imagine how he's feeling right now Will is one of his best friends .

When me and Dustin were in the car going to school we weren't talking and when he got out all I saw was Mike's and Lucas's sad faces.

So I got out To hug them or just Lucas because mike steps away from me.

As i walk in the Hallway Steve was there .
I walk pass him because I don't want to talk .

"Hey Henderson!"he shouted as he make his way over to me
"Are you okay?" he asked
"Yeah why?"
"You don't seem okay" he says

"But I am okay" I say with a hard voice
"Okay chill out" he took a step back with a sarcastic over dramatic look on his face.
"Anyways tomorrow night is a party at mine just like our friend group "

"Are Penny&Kate coming?" I ask while raising my eyebrow
"Yes, they said yes"
"Then I'm coming to" I said and walk away.

After school i pick up Dustin and his friends because their mothers said they weren't allowed to go out on their own anymore.
I drove everyone home and told Dustin to tell our mom I had to go to kate.

"Hey"i said as i walk in her house.

"Hey whats Up"

"I don't know, something is weird"

"What do you mean? Because of Will? It's really weird, my dad says he can't be reported missing yet because he hasn't been gone for 48 hours and that it is common for children to run away. He says that he definitely is  with his father"

Kate's father works for the police and has often searched for missing children. He takes the whole situation not serious at all.

"Well, I think about it too, but I actually meant Steve," she looks at me in surprise.

"Suddenly he is completely head over heels in love with Nancy even though he knows that I hate her with all my heart.

Kate shrugs as she looks for her lighter "maybe because you never gave him a reason why you don't like her." She nods her head outside. "Let's go out, if my father sees me smoking a joint he'll send me to a reform camp" I laugh and walk after her.

We were outside and walking through the woods I felt uncomfortable I kept hearing strange noises that were getting louder. I looked at Kate to see if she felt the same "hey do you hear that?" She says as she hands me the joint.

Just as I was about to answer, something grabbed me from behind around my waist and spun me through the air. I scream so loudly that I'm sure I'll be heard in the next town and let the joint drop to the ground.

Suddenly Kate laughs out loud and before I can turn around someone whispers in my ear.
"Great, now you've thrown away a whole joint."

I turn around and see Tommy and Steve.
"You asshole, I thought I was dying" I say while laughing and pushing Tommy.

"Oh come on, what's going to happen?" says Tommy as he puts his arm around my shoulder.
Kate Looks over at Steve "hey, why are you looking at Eva so weird?"

"Hm oh no everything is fine I just wasn't paying attention" says Steve while he quickly looks away. Me and Tommy give us a sideways glance.

"Do you have a problem with me touching Eva like that, Steve, baby?" Tommye asks, his hand moving dangerously close to my ass and before anything happens, Kate asks, "What are you two even doing here in the woods?"

Steve answers without paying attention to me and Tommy "we are looking for Will, his mother asked if we could help. He was often out in the woods"

"Wanna Help?" asks Tommy while looking down at me.

"Yeah Sure" I say looking at Steve while giving Tommy death stares.

I open the front door and found my mom sitting on the couch with a worried look on her face .

"Omg where have you been i was worried" no shit i can tell it women.

"Sorry mom but i told Dustin he should tell you i was going to Kate" i say while walking past her.

"Yeah and so he did!" She threw her arms up and follows me

I hate it when she is like this so overprotective I am 17!

he was still arguing with me all night.

An: Short chapter ik. sry Abt that but idk what to write bc in episode 1 Is it just about Will's disappearance.
Although Eva has certain sad feelings, she doesn't know him that well. So I couldn't write much about it in this chapter .
